Breakfast to be improved
Wanted to charge me $20 early check-in 20 minutes before check-in. I did not pay it.
First key we were given was to an occupied room, bugs in bathroom, not enough toilet paper, no bottles water at breakfast. Stayed in on in Philly that was beautiful…this was not
Room wasn’t nice no hair dryer when asked said should be in room When asked about coffee said don’t have
no room service, very limited breakfast to ceral only no sheets changed, left 2 days early to another place
Bathroom was not clean- soap splashes on mirror and hair in tub. No coffee cups. Fridge fell off shelf when opened.
I like Microtels: the rooms aren’t large but there’s lots of shelves to put your stuff on.
Microtel is the perfect size for a one night stay. Has everything I need and is quite comfortable. This Microetel was in a great location for food, shops as well as access to Pittsburg. Very convenient all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
Nice, but small room. No frills, but great for an over night stay. Updated clean property. Can't beat the location, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was just ok, and they definitely need new towels. If you are ok with a nice, clean but basic room, i would definitely recommend.
Toilet crashed loudly every time I sat on it
Not a pleasant experience. The toilet did not properly flushed and the front desk staff told me to fix it myself as if I am the worker and not the guest. He told me that he didn't have anyone from the staff to help. The sink also didnt drain water properly and it took 10-15 mins after faucet being opened. Room was okay but bathroom was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay there again. Was embarrassing experience in front of the family since I had made the booking.
Easy check in and good nights sleep. I have stayed in the past and will return
The reservations was for a friend and he seemed to like the hotel and the location.
The staff was very helpful. I was asked if I wanted a wake up call. I didn't have to initiate the conversation. Good service
I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was super clean and looked to have been recently updated (fresh paint and caulking around bathroom fixtures). We just needed a place to lay our heads before an early flight and weren't expecting much but we would be more than happy to stay again! The free airport shuttle was a wonderful bonus. We up and gone too early to try the free breakfast.
Didn't like anything particularly. Bathroom fan needs oiled or replaced.
