The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that the pool water was rather chilly! The value was excellent.

This hotel was exceptional in every way except for the heat in our room. We do appreciate their conservation efforts. However, when we came in the temperature was 63 degrees and it took 5 hours to get to 71 degrees. Once we got the temperature to 74 it was fine. The management already responded to this and I thank them for their prompt response. If we go that way again we would not hesitate to stay there except we would ask them to turn the heat on.

Dirty hallways, rooms, stains everywhere and the bedding looked like it was from the 50's. I'm in the HVAC business and had to check out the air filter on the AC and have to say was shocked it looked like a dryer vent that hasn't been cleaned in 6 months it was matted with dirty sock smell.

Dirty rundown room. The pool was temporarily closed (despite being told that "people were in it earlier"), which was a total disappointment because it was the reason we chose this hotel. I cannot even explain how disappointing our stay was. When we checked out, I told the employee at the front desk how let down we were. She said, "Oh, well, I hope you'll be back."

Nothing earth shattering. Decent accommodations as we travelled. It's not a vacation destination but served it's purpose. Decent, relaticely clean. Tub didn't drain. But we were back on the road by the time they could address it after we noticed it the morning we left. Good generic accommodations. Wish these places were less expensive since they are not anything special but it's fair based on market pricing of other similar facilities.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Great breakfast.

Rooms were not ready on time. Service carts in hallway until after 8:30 pm. Vending machines were mostly empty. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot foods were cold and of mediocre quality. Pool was cloudy.

Pros: Nice Breakfast with Newspaper. The housekeeping staff did they best they could with what they have. Cons: Dirty Stained floors everywhere. Bed covers look like they are from the 50's AC filters where extremely dirty "I'm a HVAC Tech" One night 4 Police cars there twice. Snack machine stayed empty the entire 7 day stay.

lots of dust behind end stands that can be moved and swept, for allergy suffers this is not good had an allergy attack this realy stinks

Great hotel with easy access to the highway, the mall and the racetrack.

Great location in south Pittsburgh. Clean, well appointed rooms. Some interstate noise, but my rooms was on that side. Breakfast was the standard hot./ cold buffet. Would stay here again.

Great night stay at the County Inn. The pool was open until midnight, beds were comfortable, room clean, staff was polite and pleasant.Parking was convenient and well let with plenty of space for larger vehicles. While there are plenty of other hotels around this one had the most cars but was not crowded, the sign of the best place to stay! Its the extras like a good breakfast, warm cookies at the desk, and staff that greets you and make you feel welcomed that make this a great place to stay. Very nice without being stuffy. Highly recommend.

We were in the area to attend a weekend of college baseball games. Our stay was short but very comfortable.

This is a nice hotel located close to the Casino and Racetrack, which we didn't visit. Our primary purpose for the stay was to visit with family who lived about 20 minutes away. We were able to avoid busy city traffic since they live on the southern side of Pittsburgh. It is also much less expensive than staying in the city. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and rooms/beds were very comfortable.

I was looking to get away by myself for a weekend and even though I live in Pittsburgh I had never really been to the Washington area. I chose this hotel based on room amenities, price and free WiFi. I very much enjoyed my stay. The front desk ladies were very cheerful and always smiled. The elevator was a bit slow though. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast defiantly needs improvement. We stayed 4 nights and went out for breakfast after how bad it tasted

We chose this hotel because it was close to a wedding venue we were going to, and we were totally impressed. Easy fast check in (they had everything waiting for us), clean new room, and an amazing (included!) breakfast in the morning. Although it was a one-night getaway, I remarked to my husband as we were leaving how refreshed I felt. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean place to stay, free breakfast is okay, good coffee

Very good. Was disappointed there was no hot tub, but everything else was great.

This was a halfway point on a trip to Indiana. The room was fresh-smelling (really appreciated the non-smoking policy). Comfortable beds (I actually slept well; that usually doesn't happen the first night in a strange bed). Friendly, helpful staff.

I am sorry your stay was unsatisfactory. Thank you for letting me know the filters are suppose to be cleaned daily and I will start double checking them. I am not sure what room you were in about the bedding but it is in the process of being updated and all rooms are being deep cleaned and carpets scrubbed.

I am sorry your stay was not satisfactory but the pool was closed for safety reasons because the chlorine level was to high. I assure you if people were in it they would have been asked to leave for their own safety. we are working on deep cleaning all rooms unfortunately this takes time.

I do not know how our bed covers could be from the 50's since we only opened in 2010 and they are standard. The police came to the hotel looking for some people that were not staying at the hotel. It had nothing to do with the hotel. The snack machine is an outside company and they have been called to refill it we do have a snack shop down by the desk do you try that? The housekeepers have been told to clean those filters daily and I will be checking them. The stains on the carpets are from the group of Oil & Gas workers we had here and are in the process of cleaning them when we can get into them. I am sorry for the experience you had at our hotel
