Pro: They were able to accommodate my early check-in Con: The water was shut off between 11am-4pm and I needed the hotel room specifically to shower and get ready for a meeting.

The cleaners didn’t come so our take out smelt the room, we didn’t have clean coffee or towels, ran out of TP & Kleenex. When we called on the third morning & asked for house keeping they said, now?” Meaning really? We felt we were inconveniencing them. :( The food ran out in the evening, breakfast was gross. The front desk team was talking loud & rude about other teammates. The gal took an interview call and had 4 guests in line for over 10 mins. Odd. Not a fun or enjoyable stay. Super cheap hotel but not worth the downsides we experienced. We will not be returning.
Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The layout was very modern, comfortable, and affordable. My recommendation is to maintain the current quality.
