Near the dream beaches of the famous Gulf of Baratti: Former agricultural estate, embedded in a spacious and well-kept garden. The 8 buildings have been faithfully restored in the original Tuscan style and transformed into a beautiful holiday resort with elegant, tasteful apartments. A special highlight is the large pool, which even has Olympic dimensions. There are also two other pools - one for adults (with hydro-massage) and one for children. Enjoy good Tuscan cuisine in the farm's restaurant. In high season, guests can take advantage of the shuttle service to the Gulf Beach for a fee. More long and natural sandy beaches with pine forests in front of them stretch as far as San Vincenzo.Hafen and the small center. Take a trip through the "Cornia Valley", the well-known wine route and stroll through the medieval village of Suvereto. A day trip to the island of Elba is also recommended - the ferries to Elba leave almost every hour in Piombino (10 km). Note: WiFi is only available outdoors.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm), on request. (Youth) groups not allowed. In the summer months, the communal outdoor pool (Olympic Pool 800 sqm) is occupied by sports groups for a few hours a day. For hygienic reasons, access to Pool only permitted with swimming caps. Some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally.
