If “IDGA*” was a hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Broken detached water faucets. Dirty stain tubs. Dead mid size roach on ceiling. I wanted to find another hotel and I did search but nothing in the area. With tears in my eyes I just tried to sleep. No pool. Stop advertising pools that don’t exist!!
Furniture was everywhere, so it was hard to maneuver around. They don't serve breakfast, but web sites still advertise it. The room looks old, and furniture was broken, but it was clean and functions. Very good cable tv choices and internet worked well. I would recommend it, but Quality Inn needs to fix rooms and replace furniture.
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! I wish I had the option to give this 0 out of 5. The two front desk receptionists women had poor attitudes. We booked one night in a non-smoking room. The door to the room had to be opened in a motion where you had to pull the door handle up instead of a normal door going down. We opened the door to the smell of cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and smoke. The odor was so offensive to our none smoking lungs. We went to the front desk to ask for a different room. The two women pretending not to be in the room so they could keep chatting and not help us. We requested for them to give us another room, but were given the response that there were no other rooms available on the property. This is complete BS as when I reserved a room for the night, it listed that there were many rooms available. All that those useless front desk receptionists could offer to even do was spray some Lysol to block out some of the smoke odor, which barely helped out with the smoke odor. Outside in the hallway, there was fecal matter on the ground. Inside the hotel room, itself was a complete mess. The floor was nasty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The furniture was stained and torn up. The TV did not turn on. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS, they do not match the reality of the place. The clothes we slept in and wore in the room would emit the same smoke smells for the next few days. I recommend highly you do not stay at this h
The room was somewhat clean but there was a strong smell of Marijuana. I did not feel safe. There was activity outside in the parking lot that appeared to be recreational drug related. Persons hanging around outside created the feeling of unsafe environment.
Dont stay here. Smelled like Canibus. Other guests were fighting outside my room 3 out od my 4 night stay. My room was not cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels everynight. The rooms are filthy Over all the worst experience ever.

The property was located close to the highway which was very convenient to get back on the road the next morning. While checking in I was a little concerned by the amount of people just hanging out in the parking lot that did not appear as though they were guests and while waiting to check in a random guest started telling the guy behind me how he was just trying to stay alive another day. The person behind the desk (which looked like it used to have a protective glass protecting the employees) never told me which side of the building my room was on, when breakfast was, wifi info etc. When I entered the room there was A LOT of water on the bathroom floor which i sopped up with my floor towel. The furniture was pretty stained and dirty. When I pulled down the comforter the sheets had a few dime sized holes in them. I was so exhausted didn't have the energy to try to get another room and just went to bed despite the room problems. The following morning the bathroom floor was soaked again. I figured it was the toilet because the toilet kept running every 30 minutes to refill the tank in the middle of the night. When I talked to the employee at the front desk to tell her about the bathroom flood she informed me that I should have never been put in that room because it was marked as in repair. No partial or full refund was offered nor really an apology of any sort. Should I have gotten a new room that night when I wasn't happy..yes but i should have never had the room

The rooms are clean and comfortable, however the building needs some maintenance. The staff could be friendlier and more engaging
Needed to place to stop for the night on our 8 hour drive to UNCP. Friendly staff, clean room and the college student loved that there was a Pokemon stop at the fountain.
We needed a place to crash overnight midway through a long drive. It served this purpose perfectly. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and a good price. Also pet friendly which was a must traveling with our dog.
