This was not at all as advertised. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, were called to be told they were sold out and only had 2 king beds. Showed up (after midnight with two little kids) told we were getting a room with 2 kings, show up to 1 king and told there were no other options. We’re no extra pillows, blankets or even towels for the kids. Very frustrating but that late at night we didn’t really have any other options. Also the elevator was broken. This was a big disappointment using Orbitz and Holliday Inn
Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
Didn’t get the room we paid for. Claimed they didn’t know which room we wanted. Inferred it was because we used Orbitz. Company retaliation maybe?
Great, clean place to stay, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options!
The good: the property is clean. The breakfast selection is good. The room was updated and nice. The beds were comfortable. The bad: The front desk was impossible to get in touch with. It didn’t matter how often or what time of day you called, nobody would answer. If you want service you have to leave your room and go track down someone that works there.
The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. The breakfast was not great but okay.
The sheets were clean, but had some unslilghtly stains on them...kind of grossed us out.
Very clean, friendly staff and comply beds! Even though no full breakfast due to Covid they were doing grab and go. The person who checked us in recommend a restaurant just up the road.which was fantastic.
Overnight stay with our two grandchildren. When my husband checked into the room It was not clean. Dirty towels on counter, wrapper on floor, TV dinner sitting in front of TV And a puddle of water on table. He told the maids that were in the hallway - they offered a different room, but he told he just wanted the room cleaned. Went back 30 minutes later and everything was cleaned. The rest of the stay was good. A nice breakfast in the morning!
The front staff and the lady working the morning breakfast area were both extremely pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is way better than most - especially if you want to get some protein. There’s a wide variety. Even my picky husband was happy.

They granted me half hour check-out extension and told me that they would allow me to stay in their lobby for another half hour and then I will have to leave. I have never experience such inflexible rudeness and for $170 per night I expect better treatment.
Pleasant acceptable stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby/Eating area was clean and modern. Breakfast had a good amount of items to choose from but the food items need to be upgraded for quality and freshness. Overall breakfast was average. Room was average as well and could have been great if the room was a bit more clean. The shower did not drain fast enough resulting in showering in ankle deep water. Same goes for the sink. Over all the room/bathroom needed more love and care (more attention to cleaning).
We were on the road moving cross country. We were tired. The area we were at did not have many choices available. Check in was easy enough...but then we realized we couldnt bring our little dog in...he had to stay in the truck in a blanket....also as we were getting ready to lay down and pulled the sheets...there was a bloody bandaid stuck in them....I was too tired to change room....so we slept on top of the sheets in our own blankets......
Stayed overnight for business meeting. Nice hotel near gas stations and fast food. Near interstate but relatively quiet. Free breakfast was fine.
The hotel parking lot had good lighting, the staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable
Luke and the front desk couldn't have been nicer and the woman who did the breakfast was also friendly personable and never sat down, just kept working
The hotel is very nice, was super clean, especially the room, had nice contemporary decor and furniture and helpful staff. My only complaint, and it's not that serious, is that the breakfast could be a little nicer. This is the first time I've ever seen an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately the pancakes were so thin and dense, they didn't taste like pancakes, more like skinny hockey pucks! :-) And of course, frozen little "omelettes." Other than that, great place for an overnight.

I have looked into your reservation in our system and it shows that you booked a standard room with no specifications regarding which type of standard room you would like.
