The first impression I got here was from the thick plexiglas divider at the front desk. It didn't get better from there. This place doesn't look like its been updated since the 1980's. Drywall patches, tape covering the peephole, the old style push button phone. There wasn't even a clock in the room. The shower was awkward and the shower head was, odd. What they called 'breakfast' was a couple stale bagels, two cereal dispensers, and a juice machine labeled cranberry that gave to orange juice.

The coverlet on the bed had cigarette burns. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. And walking to our room was an ordeal because of the stench in the hallway. The hotel staff was using an empty room as their breakroom, heating up food with a very strong smell while playing music relatively loudly with the door open. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Water could not drain out of it so we were forced to use the shower to wash our hands and brush our teeth. The toilet seat was broken, and the water kept running as though it could not fill all the way up. This was an experience that I never want to have again.

it was a nice clean hotel with a lovely lobby. our room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. as I have a bad back, that was very welcome indeed. I thought the shower could have had more pressure. it was a little week and there weren't enough hand towels for two people.

Smell of burning rubber in the halls. Half broken A/C. Plug in tub didn't work. No elevator.

The not sleep well at this hotel. My bed was not comfortable at all. In fact I'm still in pain from sleeping on it. It looks like a place where junkies shack up. I was very unhappy with that. The location is nice. I did a few restaurants.

Room itself was clean..but the building, people and location was sketchy at best. A little scary...

The hotel meet my expectations the staff very nice

My experience was ok the rooms are clean and close by for public transportation

Nice location where lot of amenities near by and value for money.

Good Hotel for the the price paid. Also location of Hotel is convenient

We've stayed at nicer hotels in the past. But this trip we wanted to see if we would be comfortable in a less rated hotel. You get what you pay for. Although we saved on cost we did have to tolerate a few inconveniences. For example, we had a non-smoking room with bedsheets that had cigarette burn holes in them. The heating unit was effective. The free continental breakfast was minimal but okay. The neighborhood was a little uncomfortable.

Sheets had big burning holes, the bathroom Is leaking water is all over the floor. It's just get in and out kind of place.

Everything at this hotel was average. Exactly what you would expect. Nice affordable spot in a busy area. Just a place to stay nothing too fancy.

Night clerk could not understand me, was unable to give me directions to the facility, was not sure what a receipt was. Mouse trap in closet, cigarette holes in coverlet of my non-smoking room and also on sheets. Rug dirty, very musty smelling. Room was not cleaned and bed was not made on my 2 night stay.

The room smelled bad. There was a 40 year old television in the room. The floor had stains, the shower water pressure was low. Overall I would not recommend for anyone to stay there.

Lodging is fair if you're just planning an overnight visit. Facility could use a fresh coat of paint.

After reading reviews for this hotel I wasn't expecting much and it lived up to my expectations. The neighborhood is not the best but was close to where I needed to be. The hotel room was acceptable, bed was nice but the desk was sticky and there was no refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was very nice. Continental breakfast wasn't impressive, cold cereal, bread and english muffins for toasting. Some of the outlets did not work, tv was very basic non-HD CRT but the ac worked fine. Slight musty odor in the hallway but the room was fine. The front lady let me check in four hours early after a brutal red-eye flight at no extra cost. Decent hotel for business purposes, don't think I would vacation here.

It's have very nice customer service reps but the rooms need to be clean more

The counter is covered by bulletproof glass. There was a list of rules posted that seemed to suggest that the hotel gets a lot of riff-raff. The room was fine enough, I just felt like it was important to keep the extra locks on the door.

It was an okay stay but not the best for the price.
