.....We arrived here very late at night and while traveling from the airport in the taxi here we were a bit skeptical as the surrounding looked a bit run down and scary and the road to here a bit bumpy! But when we finally got into the foyer things changed and we were amazed at this very modern hotel built right here in the old part of Patong, Phuket! The rooms are very big and the bed even bigger there is a balcony at both sides of the room giving you to distinct views of your surroundings New Modern Phuket and Old Jungle like Phuket and yet the town and beach is just 10 mins away, the hotel has a shuttle service running on the hour to the beach front as a meeting place! The meals are served in the restaurant which is situated next to the beautiful pool with a waterfall feature making it very romantic! Food is good as they serve typical Asian like foods and also Continental style foods...Staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are serviced every day making our stay here very comfortable!
they dint have any information about my booking. but still gave me a room. 10 minutes walking distance from patong beach and have a convenience store, massage centre, bar, restaurants on 2 mins walking distance. breakfast is complimentary and is served upto 10.30 in the restaurant. other then that there is no restaurant or room service. check in was fast and room was decent size, neat and clean. but the bed mattress and pillows were as hard as a wooden logs. you can rent a bike from the small shop just in front of the hotel. they have a nice and clean pool on the groud floor, just next to the restaurant and front desk.
Last of 3 nights staying here as a solo traveller. Great price for room through Agoda. Beautiful and clean room with balcony and bathroom. Cleaned immaculately daily. Certainly resort style. But more like a nice hotel. Helpful desk staff. The pool borders where you eat breakfast! Breakfast was the only letdown. Just toast and egg station with a couple of sad looking dishes in the warmer. It's a good 15 min walk to main drag and beach but the compensation is that it's blissfully peaceful at night here. Fix the food and this place would be excellent!
The rooms are spacious, very clean and hotel staff were amazing! Located Central to all attractions and facilities (including the convenience store) with only a short walk or very short taxi ride to Bangla Road and the beach, I will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone wanting to be within arms reach of the nightlife to stay here. I managed to leave my Cell phone in the room when checking out and the hotel staff notified me of my mistake before I even knew of it. The staff arranged the mail return of my phone to Australia at no cost and I am grateful for the honesty and helpfulness displayed not only when I made this mistake but for my entire stay. Highly Recommended for both families and singles visiting the area. Thank you Seeka for a memorable holiday.
Stayed here for 11 nights at the start of September 2016 . The rooms were cleaned every day from mopped floors to clean Linen. The staff are amazingly polite and helpful. There is a laundromat and scooter hire over the road and a 7/11 within a stones throw. I will be booking here again for my next trip. For the price I don't think you will find much better and convenient
My friends and I stayed in their villas which location was a bit off, on top of the hill and is very far away from the beach. Not recommended for people who loves to stay by the beach. The fact that the villa was on top of the hill, not many tuk2 would want to send up to the villa. We really loved the view and the private pool though
This really is a great hotel. Set in a quiet street, yet not at all far from all the action (about 15 minute walk to the beach). It is decorated in Thai style making it very unique. Our room was really big, clean, equipped with aircon, tv, a small fridge, a dresser, wardrobe and also a small safe. We got offered a pool facing room, which includes a small balcony. The bathroom was quite spacious and water pressure from the shower wasn't the best. In regards to amenities, besides the pool, there is also an excellent onsite massage salon. Breakfast was really good, with quite a variety of fresh and good quality produce. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant, but there are ample choices on the same street and nearby too. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
We stayed in one of the villas higher up in the mountain. The place looks impressive at first glance. But ended up like so many first dates, disappointing. It seemed that somewhere in the past a guest splattered the walls with some ice cream like pink paste and no one cleaned it. The pool needs serious attention, tiles falling off and the inlets/outlets at the bottom has been broken out in the middle leaving you with sharp plastic edges. At night the place is poorly lit, even with all the lights on its very low, this can be a plus if you don't want to see your other guests. Then my last gripe, my pet hate in any restaurant or place that I pay money to stay in.......and the provide me with chipped crockery or glasses that's cracked. There should be a law against that! The only plus point to this 2day stay was the staff, friendly helpful and great. Pity that such a great place has been neglected to this point.
Arrived in a group of six to our villa for a 10 day Christmas/ New Year break . The place was advertised as having an oven and fully ready. No oven was available and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, there was a 6mm thick layer of grime/ grease on top of the fridge, it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in several months. There was no air conditioning in the living area despite there being ventilation slots available. On contacting the owners, Seeka Hotel, and after several discussions they supplied us with two mini ovens, several fans and additional crockery plus new pots/pans. Despite the shaky start we had a decent holiday and the cleaning staff were on hand every day with fresh towels, water etc. The villa is spread over three floors and is located on a steep hill, not the best place if you are shaky on your feet
Have just arrived to stay here, and we booked purely for the fact that we wanted to stay a little bit away from Bangla road yet still be able to get around = free shuttle to Patong beach. Once we had paid and been to up to our room, we were informed it was a 200baht trip to the beach (1.5km away) We asked to be somehow compensated for their mistake as it to this day says free shuttle, and they pointed us in the direction of booking.com However it also has the free shuttle on trip advisor so I thought I would leave a review before our stay. The hotel seems nice enough for the price, yet we will now be paying the amount in baht to hire the room everyday we wish to move around the island. Hopefully after our stay I have some more positive light to shed
