We had a 3 night stay at this "resort". To begin with, the process was difficult from the start as the staff were very unpolite and not at all helpful. There is no elevator, meaning staying on the third floor taking suitcases up with staff that are not willing to help made it very difficult. Additionally, the breakfast served is a sham! Best to avoid it if possible.
We was one week in this good hotel and the feeling where was from the first second warmly. The staff is very polite and every wish was successful solved. The rooms are clean and in a tropical destination you have seldom more trouble with unknown animals. Tell it to the very friendly staff and they help with her experience. Some pictures from other guests show exemptions in every tropical destination. That isn't a problem of cleaning instead of the climate. All fine. The breakfast is very comprehensive and delicious. Recommendation!
Stayed here in Nov 2017. Price was good for $22 CAD + tax and fees couldn't go wrong. The location of this hotel is awesome. It is 10 mins walk approx to Bangla Road nightlife and very close to Patong Beach. Just outside of the hotel is two excellent authentic Thai restaurants to eat at. There is a 711 across the street. ATM and money exchange right downstairs outside of the hotel. You can also book the Ko Phi Phi Island tours or kickboxing stadium tickets as well as other tours with Nai who works at the restaurant outside. Very nice dude. He'll take care of you. As well as for the room. Me and my friend had seperate rooms. We stayed for 3 nights. I entered my room 301 it smelled so good as I entered. The room was so spacious and clean. Had a nice big king size bed. The sheets were clean. There was a safe lots of tables to put stuff on. A bench seat at the foot end of the bed. The cleaning staff did an amazing job she was so friendly.
Location appears to be the only redeeming feature. Overpriced accomodation paid $68 which excluded breakfast. Pool area not maintained very well. No spa, massage room , treatment room fitness centre ? (1 weight machine & exercise bike) tiny area. Resturant / bar area usually in darkness & closed by 7.30 pm. Tour desk rarely attended. Staff morale seems quite poor.
Well this should be call the ants house or the buds house or the flys house, as I couldn't stop finding insect everywhere from my bedroom to the shower to the mini fridge in the room but also in the musli I had for breakfast. I was simply disgusted by all of this. But also the stuff was rude and try to rub your money inviting you to go for the expensive choice when there is a cheap one just around the corner , from motorbike renting to taxi . Really bad experience, I also got a room with water liking from different places and the wall was so thin I could see outside. Really wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Worst place I have been in Thailand so far. Lucky me was only for two nights.
We stayed here for three nights. Hot and cold water adjustment are not good, AC was working but unable to set temperature below 25 deg C and room smells badly once you enter and get used to it after some time. the only good thing about this hotel is they are cheap, near to beach and other major attractions in Patong. Thanks!
The room was nice, with a balcony. On arrival we got a welcome drink. Our toilet stopped flushing after the second day but was fixed quickly when we told reception staff. We didn't use the pool or other facilities.
Location is great. Paid extra for the pool side room. Found out there is no hot water in the shower. Talked to the staff and they told me none of the pool side rooms have hot water but the 2nd floor does. I asked them why they advertise hot water in the rooms. I told her that it would have been nice to know before booking or checking in. As I was leaving the office a guest from the 2nd floor came down and complained that there was no hot water. You can guess what her answer was. 2nd floor no have hot water, only pool side have. Ate at the restaurant a few times not anything special. Much better deal just out side the Hotel. This is not a clean hotel. Rats run around the pool and restaurant at night. Left after 2 days and found a cleaner bigger room and great view for half the price. Will not stay there again
We stayed here for 4 nights in a delux poolside room. Room perfect and clean. Only issue being no hot water which meant a tempid warm shower. A few small issues round the poolside such as cracked tiles, broken decking. However we booked this hotel knowing it wasnt a 4/5 star so these little issues didnt bother us. Didnt use hotel for meals/drinks we went out so unable to comment on these points. Grest location for beach/ Bangla Rd and location restaurants etc. Staff at reception were helpful & friendly. As was the lady at the travel dedk/tourist info. If you want to hotel which is clean & comfortable and somewhere as a close base to local attractions you cant go wrong. 10 mins walk to attractions.
The staff are nice and helpful. Amenities are just commensurate for the price you pay for this hotel. Hotel rooms are ok, though for those wanting King or Queen size beds, you would get to single beds joined together and you can feel the gap in between. Ambiance is kind of rustic(which I like) thus you don't get a modern feel. Breakfast need to improve. Food has no warmers thus you have to request your food to be heated. Maybe what is lacking in terms of amenities and facilities, are compensated by the hospitality of the staff.
