The place is a little secluded but if you are needing to stop before a flight, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are pretty big, comfortable bed and super clean. We arrived late and were able to buy frozen food from hotel which turned out pretty good. Excellent staff…front desk young lady was very attentive and driver very punctual (ready to take us @4am)…
Fast pickup from the airport. Very friendly staff. Scooters for rent were very new and in good condition. Not far to get a massage and to the beech and restaurants. No sounds of traffic could hear birds singing. Let us check in a few hours early. Only complaint was it was a little loud on the first floor the soundproofing was not great.
Our flight arrived after midnight and we did not want to deal with long rides so late and many hotels did not have shuttles. This hotel was prefect for just that. During booking I wrote the request airport pickup with flight information and let them know it was after midnight so we needed late check in and a rollaway for our son. Within a few days we had confirmation by email of all accommodations needed. They were waiting on us with a nice car to take us to the hotel after midnight. My husband tried to tip and they refused to accept because the service is free. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was stiff, but because we hotel jumped all over Phuket I realized their beds are just way more firm in general than what we are used to. They had great Wi-Fi service, a.c. worked great. It's not really close to much at all except a few minutes drive to the airport, but that's was actually nice considering how tired we were first getting there. The only bad thing for me was no coffee maker in the room, but they do have it set up for single purchase in the lobby area. At check out time we were taken back down the road to the airport, we were well rested and able to find our way into town by bus for only a few dollars and only a few minutes wait.
