My girlfriend and I are on vacation from the US and Phuket is our last stop. This hotel has some of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen. Complimentary breakfast buffet that was amazing, Friendly staff, and nice rooms with a great back deck. Try to get a room with a good view. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

Had the best time while away people very friendly food was awsome will definitely go back there when travel next. Staff there to help when needed and nice distance away from busy spots but nice and close to look around.

Room was great. View was even better. Staff were the best part about the resort. The driver (Knot) was an absolute legend as well as the security guard Komsun. The restuarant and the food are awesome and the view from the restuarant are great. You can see the sunset from the rooms, the restuarant and the pool (pretty much the whole resort). Uthai the restuarant manager was a champion. All in all, our stay there was great and we were devastated that it was booked out when we went to book again but we will definitely be back soon.

We all enjoyed the greenery, the ambience at Centara Blue Marine. We enjoyed walking our way to reception from our rooms . Please do keep some vegetarian food options, if keeping Indian food isn't possible for you.

*loved it and will be back* We are a family of four (teenage kids), stayed for five nights. We read all the reviews, especially the bad ones, yep there are lots of stairs but they have transport solutions for this. Kids loved the option of where to swim, hubby and I loved the casual restaurants to watch the kids in the pool. Uthai who cared so well for our family during our stay has a genuine interest in not only our enjoyment and all guests but truly wants to consider all feedback. Uthai thank you for your welcoming conversation and hospitality. We came to Thailand to eat wonderful Thai food (aside from a few options for kids maybe increase the Thai menu and decrease the westerner and other cuisine options we can have pasta at home so a big Thai menu would be awesome) Happy hour was awesome maybe some music around the pool bar would be good. Our room was great we have stayed all over the world and have come to realise that expectation is varied so with this in mind our room was clean, cool, calm and inviting. Maybe some small general maintenance such as the stainless steel surround being fixed on one of our sink taps and watch the application of silicone, nothing bad to say about our room at all. Staff are polite and welcoming us Aussies love a joke and laugh so maybe a bit more of that but Thai are beautiful people. The spa is beautiful thank you for such lovely treatments. Great place and really want to come back :-)

Service is definitely NOT a selling point for this resort, and to be frank, the rooms aren't that great in person either. Nobody even offered to help with luggage and bags, even though the entrance to the reception lobby itself is up a flight of stairs, and I had to put the luggage into a storage room myself on the last day, as I checked out in the morning but my flight wasn't till night time. I booked the 2 bedroom villa with a private pool, and it looked a lot less glamorous and clean in real life; the water was green by my last day day 4. Everything in the villa is rather old and dated, and the taps in the bathrooms are supposed to be like free-running waterfall taps, but ended up just spraying water everywhere with no sense of control. Housekeeping didn't replace any of the bathroom amenities either, except to refill the bottles of shampoo and bath gel. Nobody came to maintain the pool, and to be honest, I don't think they dusted or really cleaned anything either, as it seemed like they only simply remade the bed and refolded the bathroom towels daily. Thankfully, I did enjoy the villa itself still, as it did have quite a good view, and there was air conditioning at least. Also, the pool was quite nice on days 1 and 2, when the filtration system was on and working. Their breakfast buffet, while mediocre, had all the breakfast essentials, and actually tasted better than it looked.

Wow! What a hotel ! I really enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you drive up the hill - it’s the wow factor . The staff, the view , the pool , an happy hour and cocktails; just what you need on a holiday. I wish I could have stayed longer - I have a feeling I will be back as I didn’t get to eat Tropics Restaurant; the Thai cuisine.

This place would be no good if you have a walking disability. No access for wheel chairs. We stayed on the 3rd floor, however you could walk the 262 steps to get to apartment, then back to reception, but after a while with heat it becomes quite a task. They do have transport to your apartment but no facilities to take your luggage to your rooms, another 3 flights of stairs if your staying on 3rd floor. This apartment looks great in photos but is getting a little run down. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apart, however no kitchen sink, Small transport bus will take you from hotel into Patong beach but only 10:00 am, 11:00am and 3 :00pm. Communication with staff understanding English was a little difficult.

Over rated, in need of an up-grade. Other near by motels were in much better condition. The pool happy hour was great as the barman was friendly and helpful. Not enough was done ask noisey rooms to be quite this happened on a number of occasions from 3am onwards

The resort is in desperate need of an upgrade. Lots of stairs and long waits for a buggy. Cards to get into rooms did not work continuously. Booked for 3 people and we’re given one bed. Not impressed.
