Free snacks , the best . Staff was really nice and informative on nearby attractions, food and shopping. Made me feel comfortable knowing the staff has been there for sometime and like their jobs and not like other hotels where employees are just getting a paycheck for crappy work

Great place to stay, staff pleasant and breakfast reasonable but kept well stocked.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, pleasant staff and free snacks/beverages all day. However, this is not a resort - it's a good place to be if you're not hangin' at the hotel or in the room. Great recommendations from the staff for food (pizza delivery, breakfast nearby). Weak water pressure in shower.

Nice option while visiting Peoria for Spring Training. 10-15 min to the ballpark.

Easy check in, convenient first floor door directly onto campus area, very quiet, bathroom had been recently upgraded. Good spring training location to reach all the ballparks

Staff eager to help you. All employees were glad you were staying there.

Nice hotel, but heat is not warm enough. Otherwise Clean and comfortable

This is not your normal hotel. This is a lodging facility for Arizona State University and is located on the grounds of their management school. I believe the primary purpose of this place is to provide lodging for guests attending conferences or international studies couses or symposiums. When those people aren't using the facility the school opens it up to the public. What a bonus for us! The price was extremely reasonable, they provide snacks and drinks in the afternoon and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean with all the amenities you'd expect. We'll definitely stay there again.

Very quiet but as other reviewers have noted, hidden in the middle of the campus with poor signage. Hard to find after dark. Breakfast nothing but carbs - not for you if you are wheat free.

It was perfect for our event. Rooms were dated but very comfortable. There is also a fun bit of history at the hotel. Breakfast was very basic but there were other snacks and drinks offered free 24 hours day. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room and very clean. I will go back. It was nice place easy to get to love a good restaurants nearby and that's it

Locating the hotel was interesting. There is no outside announcement of the hotel. So, you must go (as noted later) onto the school grounds and find it. Security was very helpful. It did have a swimming pool, but not sure if families with small children would enjoy it that much. It is really set up for business travelers. I would recommend this to my friends with certian reservations. As noted.

Outside light gave too much light into room and air inside room never shut off. The room and facilities were very clean. We would stay again.

our room was very dated with worn our furnishings and fixtures. The room was clean but the furniture and bath fixtures were very old and worn. If there was a separate rating for room quality I would give the room itself a 2

Over priced will not stay there again the wind mill on bell road better and cheeper

Hotel was great. Personnel tremendous. Rooms outstanding. Service unsurpasted. Definitely will stay there in future.

exceeded my expectations and very friendly service!

The hotel location is perfect, and I will use or recommend the hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the Thunderbird Executive Inn for three nights while visiting with our son who recently moved to AZ. Although we initially had difficulty finding the inn because it is located within a business school campus, once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. While the facility is not new, our room was very spacious and clean. It featured two queen beds that could not have been more comfortable. Free water, juice, coffee and a wide variety of snacks were available 24 hrs. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful - we needed directions to practically everything, and the staff went out of their way to help us.
