Rooms and common area smelled like smoke. Breakfast was pretty stale. It was very quiet, but also seemed to be pretty empty.

On the positive it was quiet and had a nice jacuzzi tub Swimming pool not heated so was too cold to get in in March Room carpet is very dirty and stained Shower water pressure is low but adequate If you are a health conscious eater the breakfast bar is lacking

Great bang for the buck. Good location with a kind and courteous staff.

Kitchen closed..no free breakfast BECAUSE THEY HAD NO LICENSE/ PERMIT.for food. Neighbors loud and threatening..so staff MOVED ME to lesser quality room. No discount for either day. Very disappointed

What can I say ?cheap cost, reasonable quality, and a easygoing hospitable staff. I enjoyed my stay , time flew kind of enjoyed!

Rate was good, options in room were awesome n we never knew until we arrived the rate included a refrigerator n microwave. Had a small balcony which worked great cause we had a no smoking room n I could smoke outside without leaving the premises. Quiet n comfortable, close to everything you could possibly need

We requested a room change because of the lack of cleanliness of the room (stain sheets, cigarette burns in the comfortable and awful smell). The hotel staff explained there were no room available but was very short in their response to our request and rude. At one point they stated that we "vacate the premise immediately" if we were unsatisfied. Very unfriendly and not courteous.

Super 8s are usually pretty nice and this one upheld the reputation. Clean, quiet and pleasant all around. When you're on the road, it's a good bet.

This was a very economical choice for a student college visit to ASU. It was waking walking distance to the university and was clean and comfortable for the price. There was a pool and jacuzzi available that was nice to sit by in the evening. Free breakfast of waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee.

Had a very positive experience. Staff was friendly and supportive. I would definitely stay there again.

For price and location, it was a good, clean rooms especially compared to other's around it going for almost double the rate. Wouldn't stay on a normal weekend.

I have stayed here a few times, to mixed results. OLD ROOMS are not in great shape. Newer rooms are great.

I stayed here for a week, good thing about this hotel was the location which was perfect lots of retaurants, it is near to ASU, so streets were active very very late in the night, hotel is ordinary but the rates are cheaper as well so cant complain much, however there carpet was so dirty, I was getting allergy because of that, I made sure I am not walking without wearing my shoes in room.

Fair value for most part. They did knock on my door at 11:01, though. My room was near a LOT of noise.

Not the best but not the worst. Good value for the money.

Hotel needs a good cleaning and updating! Very nice and helpful lady at the front desk.

Convenient close to ASU , it is conveniently close to the Campus and Dining which made it very convenient

Price was good, the room needs updating but was very clean. Older motel with thin walls so you can hear TV's, Shower running next room. Good location to Tempe, Mesa area. Really great breakfast!

This facility was what I needed. I ran in a half marathon and this was close to the start line. It was comfortable enough and pretty clean. On the con side: Desk staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. I showed up at 1:30. Check in was at 2:00. They wouldn't allow me to check in and I had to come back after 2:00. On the day of the run, I came back to the room and it hadn't been cleaned.

Comfortable , clean and conveniently located to ASU
