The hotel room was filthy. The carpet was so dirty that if you walked barefoot your feet turned black. There were cigarette burns all over the furniture and bedspreads. There were spots all over the ceiling that looked like blood splatter. The smell was so bad we went to kmart and got a glade candle, plug in, odor detroyer and air freshener. The staff was not happy when we asked them for things like a clean blanket, plastic forks and toilet paper. They flat out said no to the forks (after breakfast hours) and would only give us 1 roll of toilet paper at a time . Luckily they did give us a clean blanket, just with an attitude. The sheets were ripped and there were gross stains on the chairs. The bathroom fan which came on with the light switch was insanely loud. The bathroom was gross, the tub even had a hole in it so the water I can only assume is pooling underneath it. The maintenance man came to our room one day and accused us of breaking the pool gate (which we didn't), I told him we didn't break it. He just stood there so I then said, "I also don't know how to fix it"... He kept standing there so I said, "what would you like me to do?" He yelled at me saying "don't cause trouble!" and stormed away. The one nice thing was the pool, however since we used it we got accused of breaking a lock off one of the gates. Overall, I stay in hotels for work and pleasure around 10 times each year, and this is the worst experience I've had to date.

Room was covered in cigarette burns, sheets were ripped, stains on everything, smell was so bad we went to kmart and bought a candle, odor destroyer and glade plug in, bathroom light and fan were a package deal and the fan sounded like a plane engine it was so loud, there were spots all over the ceilings that looked like blood splatter, and if you walked on the carpet barefoot your feet turned black it was so filthy. The maintenance man accused us of breaking the fence gate (which we didn't) and i told him as much, then he yelled at me saying don't cause trouble and stormed off. The front desk night staff was very rude to us when we asked for a clean blanket (ours clearly hadn't been washed recently) and wouldn't give us plastic forks after the continental breakfast was over (odd request maybe but it shows you they are not worried about keeping their guests happy). They also do not offer late check out for $30 like it says they do because their housecleaning staff leaves at 4.

The air conditioner is a must in Phoenix and it ran so loud that we were awake most the night and no refreshing shower in the morning because the shower would not turn on.

I like the convenient access off I-10, and it was quiet, clean and safe.

If I needed to go back to Super 8, I would. However, nobody answers the phone. Once you get there, the staff is friendly and my room was clean.

A lot of nose being near the highway & with trucks running all night long in the parking lot.

Quiet motel, out-of-the way. Had a sugary breakfast available each morning; IHOP/Dunkin' Donuts are just a mile away, so there're other options. Not much to see within walking distance but the bus is close by. Several touristy spots not too far for those driving. Not a negative experience, all-in-all.

Run down and dirty. Almost all the breakfast items were gone or broken. On the other hand Staff is friendly and the rooms are quiet

Hotel staff was not nice. Took 30 minutes (in line) to check in. Very rough neighborhood (tons of homeless, alcoholics, and suspicious ones seems drug dealers) - never a place for a normal family to enjoy D-Backs spring training weekends (ruined our experience). Room was dirty, chair and lights broken, door could never completely shut. Trash everywhere in the hotel and surroundings. Noisy guests kept yelling & fighting overnight - making my family scared to death. Give me a break!!!

The room was very dirty. It looked like it was not cleaned for some time. There were roaches and signs of bedbugs.

The front desk always provides quick and efficient service. The housekeeping staff does not unnecessarily pester you in the morning. Breakfast is good with a variety of items.

Multiple incidents where the Police had to remove Homeless and Drug Users. Carpets were filthy, and had no access to print boarding passes if you are traveling by air.

The stay was ok however there were few things the we noticed during the stay. the front desk was a bit rude to customers. i asked the receptionist for any place we could go to this we are 0 familiar with the area but did not bother helping us and gave us sarcastic answer instead. we requested a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette and quite nasty. location was open to public and there were random people going in and out of the complex

Clean but only an okay experience. Has an old feel to it. Breakfast was good but sparce. Toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt and drinks. Did the job but next time I would spend more money to stay at a nicer property.

The staff was rude some the Property was extremely scary with alot of unstable people

Stayed on our way to Tucson. Needed Microwave and alarm clock/radio.

Not in a good neighborhood but very comfortable hotel

Good for the money bad part of town. Very close to lots of restaurants

Room smelled like animals. Not very clean. Would not recommend. Price was too much.

Very quiet clean and cozy. Beds are so comfy. Love super 8
