Too expensive for what you get. Very run down. Major updating needs to be done

We picked this hotel because it was so close to spring training ballparks. It had a very nice heated pool and hot tub. Very clean, great staff, and very nice continental breakfast.

Do not stay here. Experienced traveler. Have stayed at many super eight motel's.

I need a place to lay my head for the night close to a job I was working. When I arrived all the parking spots were full and there was no place to park and check in. When I finally arrived at the front desk there were two men in front discussing another customers rate. No one acknowledged me and one took a call and the other walked off. I sat there while the one man, Richard, had a discussion on the phone with another customer. This went on for 4 minutes and he hung up. He didn't acknowledge me even then and started typing on his computer. Finally when he was done he looked up and said, can I help you. It was a bit disappointing but this isn't the Ritz and I understood that. When i went into the room I checked and it looked like the pillows were already used. I smelt them and it smelt like dirty hair. I improvised and turned them inside out. I pulled the sheets down and their was a red stain that was faded but still visible. I pulled that sheet off and just slept under the comforter.

There was a patch on the ceiling that was not painted over but the light switch in the bathroom had paint on the edges. Not good!!!

Clean and quiet. The AC unit was a little noisy but kept the room cool. I'd recommend for budget minded shoppers. BTW the staff was very courteous and helpful

This hotel is back away from the street. Alot of truckers stay here. You can only get to it if you are North bound. Breakfast is minimal. Coffee was icky. If you want a cheap room with dogs barking and mingling with you while you try to eat, then this is the place for you. My bed left alot to be desired too. On a good note, it's located by everything! Shopping and restaurants!

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was a bit small and with it being so close to I-10 we had to contend with a lot of trucks to maneuver about in the parking lot. For the price it was a great value and I would stay there again.

Super 8 is not your most glamorous hotel/motel but it serves its purposes for a good rate- a relatively clean room with AC (which is convenient while in Arizona). The staff there are quite amiable. The only thing lacking- didn't have a laundry bag and a 'Do Not Disturb' sign when I first arrived. So i asked for it at the front desk and they gave it to me.

Hotel needs updates really bad, however I was comfortable.

the hotel smelled like heavy cleaner. was awful and never went away.

sink was damaged and scratched, bath room smelled, I stayed at country in and suites for $20 more and loved the hotel

great location near cleveland indians spring training . staff was very friendly and are room was always clean when we came back from the ballpark. breakfast was not extravagant but waffles and yogurt and fruit always got us going. lots of restaurants close by and places for the wife to shop. price seemed reasonable to me!

This hotel was perfect for my needs. It was half way between my destination and the airport. This was not a destination hotel but a necessity as many people came to Phoenix for a memorial service. As I was paying for 4 of my adult children, my sister and my husband this was the best value for our needs. Thanks you.

Great. I will use it next time when iam in the area. Thanks Richard J. Solis

Exactly as expected. Rooms are clean, the location is good and the breakfast is filling.

Hotel is under construction. The staff tried hard to make our stay good, but I thought it should have been cheaper considering the season and condition.

hotel staff was very friendly and helpful being as though i was new to the area. i would reccomend this super 8 for anyone that wants to just lay low and get some rest

Other travel sites had bad reviews for this hotel, but my wife and I agreed that the reviews may have been made during the extemely busy NASCAR weeks (one in April and one in November). Rates are higher then, and I'm sure the breakfast suffers as well as cleanliness. But our stay was quite comfortable, and our room was clean.

Sleep overnight only spend rest of time with family in the area
