Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

I cancelled a similarly priced hotel in order to schedule a future night with SleepInn. Amazing difference in quality.

Affordable and convenient location. The room was very small. The hallways were a little dirty. The light in the bathroom did not work.

Good night's sleep. Comfy bed. Good value. Convenient to PHX airport with free shuttle.

Worked great for our preflight trip out of Phoenix and able to park cat for trip duration, inexpensively.

The room was just old/dated looking the shower door would not even stay closed. The bed was horribly worn and sagged deep in the middle

This location was very convenient for us. Close to rental car return and airport. Nice heated outdoor pool but no lights turned on. We swam in the dark at 6:30 pm. Fun but kinda weird with a 2 year old with us. Beds were comfortable! But noise from pool area continued until after midnight and we had to be up by 4:30. I thought maybe they should not call this place Sleep Inn since it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was not out at 5 and we had to leave right away for the airport so we ended up having to leave without it. We had hoped to avoid expensive food at airport but what could we do? Overall this is a place I would stay again but I would ask for a room on the opposite side of hotel away from pool. Also would not count on breakfast if needing an early checkout.

Fine for a quick stay. Close to airport. Had power after storm when other hotels did not.

I was surprised to find out I could leave my car at the motel verses fighting the traffic at the airport and parking was free. Sleep Inn has a shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was clean. It was a very nice stay.

We needed a place that would shuttle us to airport - this worked great- it was clean, comfortable and breakfast even included tator tots and biscuit and gravy- I was nervous before we got there because it was a low price 2 star motel - no need to worry !! Will stay again for sure !

We wanted a hotel located near the Phoenix airport and this one worked our very well for us. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The breakfast was mediocre--one day the attendant was late getting there, so the clerk from the front desk was working to get things set up while the early birds had to wait.

Good location, asked to get computer chair fixed, never was in whole week. Very nice continental breakfast. Beds very soft and weak. Good cleaning staff, small amounts of soap and not replaced daily. Wi-fi worked well. Staff, although pleasant did not engage in pleasantries. Very tidy grounds. Place looked well cared for. Overall slightly above average.

Used for attending wedding and exploring Phoenix afterwards. Excellent value. Clean, quiet, safe. Close proximity to airport, nice malls in Scottsdale, outdoor things (e.g. Camelback Mountain). Nothing fancy, but great as a place to sleep at night. Recommended.

Nice and clean, but had many problem with air conditioning

Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. I stayed for only 1 night but I was content with the service I received for the money I paid. They knew how to handle the orbitz.com reservation so I was relieved that went over all. Additionally, the room was clean and relaxing when I entered it. I liked the area of the hotel because it was not in the middle of gangland. The main thing I liked about the hotel is that the free airport shuttle ran 24 hours a day every 30 minutes. They also had free breakfast and free wi-fi. If I had to choose between other hotels in the area and this hotel (with a limited budget), I would choose this hotel each time.
