Overall a pleasant stay. Confronted with broken A/C in far bedrooms and maintenance did try to fix it quickly but parts were elusive on the weekend and it remains broken.Shower in farthest bathroom leaked profusely.Coffee maker broken.Owner was responsive but no resolution.

I contacted the host and VRBO from the time I arrived at least once or twice a day for our entire stay which was 6 nights. Only to be told the issues were resolved however only 1 of the long list of issues we had was actually resolved during our stay. I was very disappointed in the VRBO representatives as they would just take the “hosts” word things were fixed and never helped! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I provided documentation each day to both the host and VRBO of the issues, which were:Doors to laundry room were leaning against the wall when we arrived, there are 2 thermostats in the unit, one in the living room, which worked well however the one in the bedroom was set on 68 or below and NEVER got cool or below 74. The bedrooms were so hot you could not rest! The smoke detector in the master bedroom not only was extremely hot, the smoke detector was taped up on the front so it would not work properly. The shower in this bathroom had LOTS of issues. The shower head was missing so when the one time the repairman did come to the unit, he did hang the doors and replaced the shower head. This DID NOT fix the issue because there was more water running down the shower wall than ever came from the shower pipe where the head was supposed to be. That water would run under the shower and into the rest of the bathroom! A substantial amount of water on the floor but very little to bath with and defiantly not enough to rinse my hair with. Do not book this!!!!
