Wish I could stay longer so relaxing and comfortable.

No parking available within 4 blocks. Check in took 45 min. Surcharges for everything!!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed there and went to a Diamondbacks game, within walking distance, will definitely stay there again

We had a show to see downtown and we stayed at the Sheraton Grand in Phoenix. The lobby was beautiful and there were fresh fruit ice waters and many different candy dispensers for our pleasure. We ordered room service and for the most par,t it was very good. Some things were better than others. The entire staff was friendly and respectful and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We would go back.

Location and hotel was good. Parking was a nightmare. Even though they knew parking was full or an issue the front desk kept selling it. We paid to be in the parking garage and ended up parking blocks away.

I specifically booked this hotel because it was in the heart of Downtown Phoenix with good reviews, and a 10 minute walk from the talking stick arena. I planned on not having to worry about parking around the arena because that can be hectic and pricy. As I arrived to the hotel, I had no problem parking and easily found the front desk. The hotel lobby looked beautiful. As I checked in, the receptionist told me to put my credit card in the pin pad machine without giving me any information why.. Until after my card read “approved” she told me it was because of a $22 parking fee. If I would have known, I would’ve parked a block down for $12 parking all day. I was very upset that this lady didn’t inform me on charging me a fee. Coming from Vegas, where you can get a high rise 5 star hotel room for $200 with free parking for every hotel guest, I would expect for this hotel to at least have free parking. I go into my standard hotel room and right away I could hear the room next to us. The walls were thin and I felt like I had no privacy. I then took a shower and the hotel towels smell like play dough. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast but they have complimentary candy for you.

We had the best service from the moment we arrived!! The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming. We never had to wait for our car. Room service was quick. The food was great! We would love to visit again!

Close walk to Chase Field. Across the street to shops, movie theater, and restaurants. Great restaurant and happy hour at the hotel! Very nice, kind, and friendly staff!

Broken shower head and nozzle, broken alarm clock, outlets were behind bed and couldn't reach the end tables, plus $15 a day charge for wifi in the room

Early check-in was available, very convenient! I don't know why parking wasn't free when the price is so expensive.

I enjoyed staying here staff was excellent, beds were really comfortable, and love the Christmas decorations. First class hotel.

Clean, friendly, Sheraton beds are always comfortable

Have usually stayed at downtown Hyatt but chose the Sheraton this trip and was very pleased with the hotel.

This hotel is great. Plenty of things around, great staff...very nice. Thank you.

Great service, Clean room. The beds we're very comfortable. Nice to be in downtown Phoenix at the Sheraton.

Was in town for a concert. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. Room was clean, and spacious. I just wish the pool area was larger. Over all a great place to stay

Last minute plans, we were able to book in time for our trip. Staff was helpful and room was perfect for a one night stay. Very relaxing, and room service was fast. First time in Phoenix, everything we needed was within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Thanks, would book again! :)

close to restaurants / bars /music venues. Expensive parking

My experience @ Sheraton was good. Location is great and staff very kind.

outside of the cost for parking my stay was amazing
