The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly Pillows were a little flat. Other than that all around good experience.

it was ok , it is avery old hotel and far from the airport, there is no lotion in the room.

I came to town to bury my father. My stay was for 5 days and nights. The motel is very near to a CIRCLE K that has a problem with drugs and gangs hanging outside. Day one I was double charged for the room deposit. Day two my room key stopped working. I asked the clerk to program my key for the duration. The next day I had the same issue. After asking as many people as possible if they were experiencing the same problem, the only others were black. When I expressed to the clerk that it is dangerous to have a key that doesn't work when you return late at night, she became very nasty and told me that it wasn't her problem. When I tried to reason with her got loud and very indignant. I wonder if she knew Mexican blood runs through my veins just like hers would she have treated me that way.

The hotel is ok. The neighborhood around it is kinda of questionable. Upon arrival there were police officers outside looking for someone and it was about 4pm. Then i left around 6 and came back at 7pm there were 5 more squad cars and police everywhere dealing with something at the neighboring hotel the hoilday inn. I stayed on a Thursday night and read the reviews and liked how many said it was quiet. Well that wasn't the case for me. There was a man with a motorcycle revving it for about 20 minutes straight around 11:30pm and kids screaming in the hallway and a group of people hanging outside. So it depends I guess. I wouldn't recommend it especially if your bringing kids. I didn't feel that the area was safe.

Great hotel to stay at. We only picked the area because it is in between the airport and the Gila River hockey arena (we went to watch a game). It is otherwise not really near downtown.

In general it was fine. Easy access to highway, realitivly safe looking area. Pretty clean room. Terrible pillows and a hard bed, but for a quick nights rest, acceptable. Decent size room, but because of the hard floors the sounds travel very easily so you hear everything in the halls (screaming children in particular, ugh) staff was very nice.

we had a late check in around 2 am with a pre booked reservation and the guy at the front desk gave us a key to an occupied room twice. the first time he gave us a key we went to the room when we opened the door and my husband saw the TV on and heard people's voices, went downstairs immediately told the guy at the front desk and said "oh that's not good" I was so upset I asked for the manager she wasn't there left my info and in still waiting for her to contact me. such a dangerous situation me and my family were put through.

hotel is right off freeway with several other hotels in same area. Stayed on a Friday night in the summer and felt fairly safe. There is a McDonald's and circle k across the parking lot, the foot traffic from these establishments seem to stay in those areas and not wonder over to the hotel.

Nice place too stay at. Would stay their again if possible.

Nice front desk personnel. Close to family. The Lady off the night checking in with a man who wanted the room by the hour was a little different.

This hotel was decent - a solid three-star hotel. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time here, but as a place to sleep it was just fine. Clean, dead center between Glendale, Scottsdale and Phoenix and has a friendly staff.

Sink was clogged yet service to fix was quick. Security guard was helpful and courteous. No parking due to arrogant customers with their long truck and trailers taking up spaces close to the hotel entrances rather than parking further away for others to have a place to park especially those with children pets etc

Awesome way to have time away from the family for a day/night.

Very nice hotel. Location is right off of the I-10. The neighborhood isn't great.

A very nice motel in one of my favorite Phoenix neighborhoods. Clean and quiet, convenient to restaurants. This time I was even in Room 222, what more could a baby boomer want?

Stay was good would have been better on a newly renovated room the outlets would have worked.and I am not real sure about the tile floors seems a bit cold...others may lime like..... Other than that nice room good service

nice hotel - friendly staff - good location - pet friendly - recommend for families, business or just a weekend getaway

Red roof hotel is always a nice place to stay... The staffs are very respectful and professional. I've always stayed there at red roof... I'll always recommend Red Roof to everyone I know

it was a very nice place, the staff was amazing, the wireless internet worked perfectly. Everything was great. All though under the bed was kinda dirty. Doesn't look lil it had been cleaned for a while. But other then that it was good.

great location very clean and safe. no microwaves on the premisis at all though.
