Very nice, private and close to food and shopping places.

I had a room that was dirty , I actually asked for a broom . They said, I could switch rooms . Who wants to do that after a 15 hr. drive , next morning I got a new room and that was dirty . hairs in bathroom , stains on sheets and comforter . Went to talk to the manager her answer was we switched you rooms. I was disappointed she didn't seem to care , so, I walked away frustrated and just said, to myself . I will never stay here again. to top it off . The add doesn't let you know there is a strip club in front of the hotel . I was disappointed that I didn't get to make that choice if I wanted to stay at the hotel with my child .

We have stayed here a few times. The location is convenient for us and the hotel offers a solid breakfast. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I believe this hotel is a great value at $60-$70 a night + tax.

I would not raccomend it... Was not happy with the stay.

Made reservations with Orbitz. Arrived at 11PM and found a young woman in our room. She said she was a housekeeper and had permission from the front desk to wait in the room for her ride. Front desk was surprised someone was in our room. Asked for another room and was told all rooms were occcupied. Could not, did not stay; found another place to sleep.

Upon arrival, I noticed small things like drip marks on the side table from a previous person's...drink? And the TV didn't work. Then the tub didn't drain and I was standing in a couple of inches of water by the end of my shower. And before I left in the morning, I noticed there was complimentary mouthwash on the counter, but when I picked it up to use it, I realized it was half gone and upon removing the cap I realized, yep, the safety seal was broken and this was probably the same bottle the person before me used. Gross. I also wasn't informed up front that there was an additional $50 charge put on my credit card as a refundable deposit, so it required time when I got home and checked my credit card statement to figure out why there were multiple transactions from Ramada on my bank statement.

The biggest issue was when you walked on the floors barefoot then climbed in the shower you had filthy footprints all over the shower which means the floors were filthy. We used a wet washcloth and wipe the floor with our suspicions were correct it was disgustingly dirty which made no sense because they were either tile or hardwood floors

Good stay. Staff was pleasant and extra bonus was Waffle House experience just a short walk from our front door.

My only complaint is no shuttle service. When I arrived close to midnight after a brutal return trip from Mexico, I asked the night manager if he would call a taxi for me in the a.m. so i could return to airport. He arranged for a high end service, a limo practically, which cost twice as much as taxi the night before. $32 for a 15 min trip plus tip. Moral: if you need a cab called, be specific Re what you want.

Continental breakfast every day with plenty of selection.

Helpful staff, clean, and good location. Entrance to hotel from west not good

Better than last year, cleaner And staff was friendly.

Clean but no maid service after 3rd day of 4 day stay not bad but kind of disappointed. I had lost my wallet and needed to use cash and there is no option for that need to get brother to email them a card # and was supposed to be ale to pay cash and cancel the charges for card but couldn't when I checked out .

Enjoyed my stay although it was just overnight. I will definitely be back again. Although it was a bit noisy early in the morning due to Christie's Gentleman Club being next door and the patrons leaving after it closed, the noise didnt last too long, but in my n opinion having the club right next door may be a "negative" for visitors especially those with children.

overall, very good stay, room spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Was suppose to have accessible room with 2 beds, orbitz booked only one bed. Hotel upgraded us without additional charge. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. Felt very safe in hotel and parking lot very clean and secure. will stay again

Staff friendly, mall right across from the hotel. Hotel very close to freeway and 20 minutes to airport (esp. early morning). Traveling with 6 family members and there was a room for us to play cards.

the staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and kind. Other than that this visit was awful. We made a pit stop in Phoenix on our way home. We were at the hotel for 16 hours total. Check in was a breeze, I immediately felt uncomfortable that their was a gentlemens club right next to the hotel. I went to the room and the room was cold from the A.C going (yay). The carpets were hideous. Dirty, like a party had been thrown and drinks were spilled all over the floor. That should of been the second thing that made me leave the hotel. Around 1030 pm after our 3 children are asleep my husband goes to shower and it won't turn on. He turns it pulls it and for fear of breaking it, he comes out and tells Me the shower won't turn on. I went to the front desk and the staff contacted the manager and was told we could cancel our reservation or change rooms. We had bags upon bags from our weeklong trip in our room and most of all we didn't want to move because our kids were already asleep. We received an extreme discount for the room. The following morning we had breakfast at the hotel and Anthony the general manager stopped to ask how our stay was. I explained to him my frustrations, which he had already been made aware of. He expressed sincerity that this situation is not usual and to contact him when returning to Phoenix.

Overall the hotel stay was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel, location is close to a lot of places, but noise level from close streets is high.
