Good basic hotel for work commuters. The workout room is OK but stuffy, however the south mountain park is about a mile away and a great place to go for a quick hike to get a good on the road workout in! Br

My first impression was quite poor as the person I spoke with for reservations was very rude. Not wanting to deal with her any longer than necessary, I made reservations on Orbitz. The property has trash around the grounds. The pool area is adequate, though the towel receptacle was empty our entire visit. I was happy to have breakfast included, however the food was barely edible. Location is good as it is across the street from a major mall. Bottom line: I will stay elsewhere next time.

I was very suprised about a service fee that the Ramada at Arizona Mills charged because I booked with Expedia. Not only was I not told about this from Expedia but the front desk ar check in failed to mention it. If I had not followed up, I would not have been charged. Additionally the Ramada at Arizona Mills had no hot water for a day, which is fine, things happen. What annoyed me was their inability to call all the rooms to tell them. So I only found out when I was naked and ready to shower. When I called the front desk, the person was not sorry that this happened, again, not their fault but they could have shown some sympathy and the only option was for me to go outside in the cold to another room to shower. Very annoying.

Good value for staying in the Tempe area. Older hotel, but well kept and friendly staff. Noise right next to I10 was noticeable, but this also made it extremely convenient.

Staff was friendly. There was a huge group that was checking in prior to my arrival. I did have to wait but the staff greeting me and alerted me that it would take a few minutes to get the group ahead of me settled. The room was clean the bathroom need some work but overall the stay was pleasant. This was my second stay at this same hotel in over two years...I'd return back and would recommended to friends and family.

Basic hotel with good location. Mattresses and pillows were really hard. At least give us pillows of varying softness. Felt like I was sleeping in the desert. Hotel clerks were fine, but hotel is grossly understaffed. Always only one person at desk including at times of high volume.

The first night, no carpet, just linoleum. I requested upper level where there is carpeting. The carpeting should be replace, it was stained/dirty. The first night, there are 4 lights above sink. Only one of them had a light on it, Did not look good at all. The opening for outlet near door was so loose, anything you plug in would not stay connected, Another outlet behind bed does not allow anything to be put inside it. So, TWO outslets not usable. When I ate at free breakfast, orange juice was mostly water. There was cereal containers, but no cereal. And, no fruit. Finally toilet was clogged up, At this point, I requested a room with carpet.

Very nice, private and close to food and shopping places.

I had a room that was dirty , I actually asked for a broom . They said, I could switch rooms . Who wants to do that after a 15 hr. drive , next morning I got a new room and that was dirty . hairs in bathroom , stains on sheets and comforter . Went to talk to the manager her answer was we switched you rooms. I was disappointed she didn't seem to care , so, I walked away frustrated and just said, to myself . I will never stay here again. to top it off . The add doesn't let you know there is a strip club in front of the hotel . I was disappointed that I didn't get to make that choice if I wanted to stay at the hotel with my child .

We have stayed here a few times. The location is convenient for us and the hotel offers a solid breakfast. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I believe this hotel is a great value at $60-$70 a night + tax.

I would not raccomend it... Was not happy with the stay.

Made reservations with Orbitz. Arrived at 11PM and found a young woman in our room. She said she was a housekeeper and had permission from the front desk to wait in the room for her ride. Front desk was surprised someone was in our room. Asked for another room and was told all rooms were occcupied. Could not, did not stay; found another place to sleep.

Upon arrival, I noticed small things like drip marks on the side table from a previous person's...drink? And the TV didn't work. Then the tub didn't drain and I was standing in a couple of inches of water by the end of my shower. And before I left in the morning, I noticed there was complimentary mouthwash on the counter, but when I picked it up to use it, I realized it was half gone and upon removing the cap I realized, yep, the safety seal was broken and this was probably the same bottle the person before me used. Gross. I also wasn't informed up front that there was an additional $50 charge put on my credit card as a refundable deposit, so it required time when I got home and checked my credit card statement to figure out why there were multiple transactions from Ramada on my bank statement.

The biggest issue was when you walked on the floors barefoot then climbed in the shower you had filthy footprints all over the shower which means the floors were filthy. We used a wet washcloth and wipe the floor with our suspicions were correct it was disgustingly dirty which made no sense because they were either tile or hardwood floors

Good stay. Staff was pleasant and extra bonus was Waffle House experience just a short walk from our front door.

My only complaint is no shuttle service. When I arrived close to midnight after a brutal return trip from Mexico, I asked the night manager if he would call a taxi for me in the a.m. so i could return to airport. He arranged for a high end service, a limo practically, which cost twice as much as taxi the night before. $32 for a 15 min trip plus tip. Moral: if you need a cab called, be specific Re what you want.

Continental breakfast every day with plenty of selection.

Helpful staff, clean, and good location. Entrance to hotel from west not good

Better than last year, cleaner And staff was friendly.

Clean but no maid service after 3rd day of 4 day stay not bad but kind of disappointed. I had lost my wallet and needed to use cash and there is no option for that need to get brother to email them a card # and was supposed to be ale to pay cash and cancel the charges for card but couldn't when I checked out .
