I felt like I was staying in the projects, the receptionist had some dude over just drinking (she was cool af) but still, there wasn't a designated smoking area, I wasn't scared but I expected way more for the rating.. my walls had holes in them and they were dirty.

It is very good hotel if you are on budget. The room is spacious, old furniture, but in good condition, everything is functional in the rooms.

It took 15 minutes to check in. I was given a receipt for my deposit and told that if I didn't bring it back at check out, it wouldn't be refunded, I handed over my receipt when I left and was told the deposit would be refunded. Three weeks later it still hadn't been, so I called the hotel. I was told that they never charged my card. When I told her I have the transaction number on my credit card bill, she hung up and blocked my number. I had to call the corporate office.

This was a shock! We loved Ramada however this stay way nothing but problems and all anyone could do.was apologize. It's unfortunate such a great hotel spiraling down to accommodate less family like guest. It's so crazy I seen drug abusers treated with more regard and respect than me & my husband who are hard working normal people. I can see this hotel becoming a roach motel in the near future which the bad choices management is taking them.

This hotel is probably not a bad price for the size of the rooms, but it was not the cleanest place that I've ever stayed at. It needs to be updated real bad, but it was also not dusted well and on the last two days we were there, I saw several bugs in the bathroom that looked like baby roaches to my unprofessional eye. There was a very noisy neighbor next door at late hours, but we found that we could turn up the fan on the air conditioner and drown out most of the sound at night. Some of the other people that were staying there also made me feel a little uneasy as well. The front desk help were polite and helpful when we checked in and out, but other than that we didn't need them. When I asked the maid for extra towels, she didn't speak much English, but asked another woman to help me. She said that there weren't any more that they had run out of clean ones and would supply them as soon as they were laundered, but when I didn't ever get them, I asked another one of the cleaning women who did give my my extra towels. I really couldn't recommend it to a friend.

Changed my room assignments after I told them I had bed bugs in first room. Second room was better. I Never had an experience my entire life staying at a hotel that had bed bugs! They responded very good though, I give them credit for that!

Smelled like an ashtray. Smoking area allowed smoke to flow into rooms. Filthy room. Phones didn't work. Shower didn't drain. Refrigerator and microwave dirty. This place is a dumb.

Don't stay here. The place is just gross. Dirty pull out couch, dirty mattress with candy wrappers and nacho crumbs in it - and no sheets anywhere in the room for it even if we thought we could use it. The room smelled and was not very clean - i.e., sugar packet wrappers from someone else's stay still on the floor. Also, some random substance splattered onto the walls in various areas of the rooms. Staying overnight was a hard no. We left even though it was late and we were very tired.

We came to Tempe/Phoenix for the Final Four. We arrived at the hotel and were instantly skeptical as the outside of the hotel was in need of some TLC. We were met by a friendly young man who gave us our keys and directions to our room. Once we arrived to our room, there was a strong smoke odor which was an immeadiate turnoff as we specifically requested a non-smoking room. The next noticeable thing was a couch in our room with large stains covering every surface of it. Having been turned off by the smell, couch stains, and noticeable overall uncleanliness, we went straight to the front desk and cancelled our reservation for our stay. Unless they make some drastic changes, I'd steer clear of this hotel.

The hotel staff, price, and location were all superior. However, it's an older property that needs some updating. It was formerly a Quality Suites so every room is a suite. That's a plus, but the living space was sparsely furnished. There is plenty of potential with some spiffing up and modernization. The older furniture and lighting made the room feel a bit dingy even though it probably was properly cleaned. Paint, furniture and better lighting would go a long way. Ramada has only owned it for 6 months so I'm sure it is a work in progress. There was a mix of older folks and families there. People were taking advantage of the outdoor grills.

Loved location and size of room but it was not clean.walls, windows, ceiling dirty. Would stay again for price and location

I booked this because it was close to transit, had good reviews, a pool and the price was right. The first night was fine, the room was kind of weirdly laid out--it was almost certainly an apartment before it was a hotel suite--but it was clean and had a super big comfy bed. The second night, there were some men hanging out on the hallway balcony near my room...again, no big deal, right? But then, while I was reading around 1030 one of them kept knocking on my door, and when I answered he asked me if I spoke Spanish and then went away. This would be no big deal if it were an isolated incident, but then later that night there was an enormous fight in the room next to mine that kept waking me up. I called the front desk after it didn't resolve after ten minutes or so. The front desk said they had called the police but the fight kept going on--a man and a woman, the latter having locked the former out. The guy kept coming back, pleading to be let into the room, and the woman kept screaming at him, not caring who woke up or that it was 4:00 in the morning. This place is just a big no thank you, especially as a woman staying alone.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. I booked it without checking into it beforehand. The facilities were shady. The staff was unorganized and unhelpful. My key cards didn't even work right half of the time. I couldn't get a late checkout either. Most of all, the Wi-Fi was not as advertised; it was absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, even if it might be a little cheaper to stay here.

So much room for the money! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The overall place in general is a little bit older, but it certainly was clean enough, and everything was fresh.

Arrive early to check in and the staff was wonderful. They were able to accommodate my early arrival and provided me with a corner room. I drove around the corner to the entrance nearest my room and the the quality of the place declined. I lugged my bags up the stairs to my room to find mop heads drying on the rail in front of my door. Upon entering I found my room to be dated but large. The bed was really comfy. After getting settled I left for the remainder of the day and returned about 11 pm to find someone smoking in the corner next to my room (which continues all weekend) the neighbors door open. Shortly thereafter the neighbors began to fight. I put my ear plugs in and tried to forget about them. Regardless of the neighbors fighting I would have needed the earplugs due to a toilet that swished every 2 minutes and the street noise. The positive is the bed was really comfy. The negatives; unsavory clientele, housekeeping is noisy in the am as their wash room is just beyond my room, the use of the rail to dry housekeepings wares and the just plain feeling of being in an unsafe place.

The toilet in my room kept running every 20 seconds. I had to buy ear plugs and sleep with pillows over my ears. There was trash all around the parking lot and grass areas and most of the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage. They say your room comes with free WiFi, but I had trouble connecting to it, so I called the front desk and they kept telling me that they're looking into it. After a day and a half of complaining, they finally told me that a technician would call me to help me connect to the WiFi. After the technician called me, it only took 5 minutes to connect. Why did the female employee keep brushing me off like that? All she had to do was tell the technician to call me and it would have been done. Poor employee interactions!

The room we stayed in was very dirty and run down!!

Comfortable room, but needs to be fumigated. Room has kitchenette

I came to town on business and chose the Ramada for the great deal I got. The room was clean and comfortable but not fancy or modern, but for the price, I thought it was wonderful. They are doing some restoration, which made the lobby a little busy at times, but no noise, and the remodeling didn't interfere with any of the amenities. Excellent location--close to Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, and the airport! I would definitely stay here again.
