Arrived at PHX. Just a 1 night rest up for the drive to Tucson.

My overall experience was good however there was a time when I did not have hot water and no cable for two days. When I asked for some sort of reimbursement for not having cable the manger would not off any kind of recourse or reimbursement.

The location was easy to find but I wasn't happy with the way the room was set up. One of us was allergic to citrus so she couldn't use the soaps and the shampoo and conditioner wasn't enough for both of us to use.

This hotel had very comfortable beds, nice pool, breakfast included! It is in middle of renovation but for the price and comfort I didn't mind! I would stay here again! It was close to freeway!

Orbitz info shows the hotel has cribs for $10 a night. Asked Orbitz to have a crib available for my 3 month old child. When I arrived was told all the cribs we're in use and to check back the next day. Next day stoped by the front desk and was told this property does not have any cribs. So which is it people? Also hotel was built in 1979 and it looks like it. Overall maintenance is an issue including back parking lot lights not working.

Horrible experience from the beginning and too many bad things to list. The images are VERY misleading. Everything is outdated and run down. Rooms are not 100% clean and you'll get lucky if you get one that has AC that works properly or at all! Walls have no sound proofing so if you have jerks for neighbors that like to come in at 12am, yell, make noise etc. then this might be the place for you. Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend saving your dollars and going elsewhere. This has been the worse experience I've had in my lifetime so far. Breakfast was a joke to me. They only had cereal, eggs, waffles and some slices of bread. For fruit all they had was oranges.

My stay went well. We checked in early, the process was pretty speedy. The room itself was really spacious, more than enough. It was a quiet place, we rarely saw anyone, which was great for us. The quieter the better. Everything that we needed was nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would like to visit the area.

I had a great time. It was nice to have a such a clean place and we'll maintained around. Walls are extremely thin though.

if i ever go back to this area this IS where i will.... what more can i say than that ?

The hotel is in an old building that can only run one mode of ventilation. We checked into the hotel in April and our room was still on heat mode. We informed the young man at the front desk that the air conditioning wasn't working, he explained the situation; he said that the maintenance person had already left for the evening and that all of the other rooms had the same Dilemma. Our only option was to sleep with the window open wide to cool the room. The next morning we complained again and found out there were rooms that had been switched to AC mode and that we could have changed rooms. Other than the lack of AC, the hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Disappointing! The grounds had a great deal of litter, and the room was dark and dingy. Holes in the furniture. Needs updating!

When we arrived, the woman who "greeted" us was so rude. Started off our stay on a bad note! Then the concrete is all broken up on the second floor walkway, my daughter tripped and hurt herself! The next morning we went down for brunch in what we thought was a restaurant but it was a closed down restaraunt with tiny bugs crawling all over the place. Then we went to the pool at 8am which is when the signs said it opened.. it was locked, people had already jumped the gates to get in. I went to ask the receptionist to get the gates opened, she argued with me that it didn't open til 9 and then someone else behind the counter made a snarky comment that he hopes there were no chemicals in the pool. It seemed no one there knew what was going on.. worst Ramada ever! So disappointed!!!

First we checked in and are rooms weren't together. Then a/c was not working. We finally got in a room with a/c at midnight. Had to pack and unpack again. When I checked out all they could say is sorry, so Monday I'm calling the manager if she can't do anything I will call main office.

This evidently is a recent rebranding of a "no-name" hotel (old name still on building). Noisy: thin walls, thin floors. Sub-optimal Ramada experience. Dark rooms. Lousy breakfast.

The staff was great, the room was nice, but a little older and muggier than I would like. But overall a good Hotel.

Older hotel but comfortable stay. Near attractions. Very good for price.

I initially reserved a room for Friday night because I was going to be there early Saturday. Like 8am. I called the week before and said please don't cancel my room. I won't check in Fri but early Sat but I will be there. Well, she said why don't we just put on a special request for that time and have only pay for Saturday night. So, of course yes, if you can do that. I arrive Saturday at 8am asking if I can check in. The front person said no check in isn't until 3 and at the earliest maybe 11/12. I'm thinking to myself...why didn't they let me just keep my original reservation instead of saying oh yeah, we can do that for you!!! So, I had to kill 4 hrs in town after driving all morning and sooo tired!!!! I won't stay there ever, ever!!!!!

The sheets were not white The were almost grey and very beaten

We stayed two nights. The room had a funky smell to it and after the second day my nose was burning a little bit and my wife was coughing. It reminded me of when we lived in Portland with all the mold and mildew and I had the same burning feeling in my nose. So the room had mold/mildew somewhere in it.

Had to have our keys fixed twice since they were programmed incorrectly. And we could hear every sound our neighbor made. Other than that... clean and comfy.
