if i ever go back to this area this IS where i will.... what more can i say than that ?

The hotel is in an old building that can only run one mode of ventilation. We checked into the hotel in April and our room was still on heat mode. We informed the young man at the front desk that the air conditioning wasn't working, he explained the situation; he said that the maintenance person had already left for the evening and that all of the other rooms had the same Dilemma. Our only option was to sleep with the window open wide to cool the room. The next morning we complained again and found out there were rooms that had been switched to AC mode and that we could have changed rooms. Other than the lack of AC, the hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Disappointing! The grounds had a great deal of litter, and the room was dark and dingy. Holes in the furniture. Needs updating!

When we arrived, the woman who "greeted" us was so rude. Started off our stay on a bad note! Then the concrete is all broken up on the second floor walkway, my daughter tripped and hurt herself! The next morning we went down for brunch in what we thought was a restaurant but it was a closed down restaraunt with tiny bugs crawling all over the place. Then we went to the pool at 8am which is when the signs said it opened.. it was locked, people had already jumped the gates to get in. I went to ask the receptionist to get the gates opened, she argued with me that it didn't open til 9 and then someone else behind the counter made a snarky comment that he hopes there were no chemicals in the pool. It seemed no one there knew what was going on.. worst Ramada ever! So disappointed!!!

First we checked in and are rooms weren't together. Then a/c was not working. We finally got in a room with a/c at midnight. Had to pack and unpack again. When I checked out all they could say is sorry, so Monday I'm calling the manager if she can't do anything I will call main office.

This evidently is a recent rebranding of a "no-name" hotel (old name still on building). Noisy: thin walls, thin floors. Sub-optimal Ramada experience. Dark rooms. Lousy breakfast.

The staff was great, the room was nice, but a little older and muggier than I would like. But overall a good Hotel.

Older hotel but comfortable stay. Near attractions. Very good for price.

I initially reserved a room for Friday night because I was going to be there early Saturday. Like 8am. I called the week before and said please don't cancel my room. I won't check in Fri but early Sat but I will be there. Well, she said why don't we just put on a special request for that time and have only pay for Saturday night. So, of course yes, if you can do that. I arrive Saturday at 8am asking if I can check in. The front person said no check in isn't until 3 and at the earliest maybe 11/12. I'm thinking to myself...why didn't they let me just keep my original reservation instead of saying oh yeah, we can do that for you!!! So, I had to kill 4 hrs in town after driving all morning and sooo tired!!!! I won't stay there ever, ever!!!!!

The sheets were not white The were almost grey and very beaten

We stayed two nights. The room had a funky smell to it and after the second day my nose was burning a little bit and my wife was coughing. It reminded me of when we lived in Portland with all the mold and mildew and I had the same burning feeling in my nose. So the room had mold/mildew somewhere in it.

Had to have our keys fixed twice since they were programmed incorrectly. And we could hear every sound our neighbor made. Other than that... clean and comfy.

First night, I saw the biggest Cockroach that I ever seen in the restroom. Next, I take a shower and found that the water started to back up. I immediately called the front desk and the maintenance man was there within minutes and fixed the clogged drain. The only issue is there was a 4 inch ring around the tub with residual of dirty water and backed up hair and who knows what else. I then had to make 4 consecutive calls to the front desk to have housekeeping clean the tub. Well, houdkeeping never showed so I had to clean it because I needed wash the scum on my feet from the first shower. In addition, I asked for extra towels since I used the others to clean the towel and they never arrived either.

Dirty room ... Bugs in the room .....stains in the carpet. Staff was ok...but overall I'd never go back!!

To start, the room was comfortable enough, but really dated. The furniture was scuffed and worn, the TV wasn't hi-def, both the sink and shower faucets were tough to manage (but worked), and the walls were (are) very thin - lots of noise from neighboring rooms. The grounds, while extensive and attractive, were perpetually dirty. I walked past the same beer bottle on a low ledge for two days on my way to breakfast, and cigarette butts, candy wrappers and other trash littered the stairs and other common areas the whole time we were there. The breakfast wasn't bad (cereal, eggs, toast and waffles) and the pool was beautiful and inviting. For the price, I wasn't disappointed.

We had a nice quite stay. The only issue was one morning my husband and son wern't out of the rooms when houskeeping came. They asked them to come back and never did so just be aware to let them come early or you wont get your room cleaned. That was my only complaint so I would say that wasnt bad. I had to do some work durring my stay and I was worried about wifi. It was excellent. I didnt have a problem with speed. The continental breakfast was excellent. It helped us save money buy eating breakfast at the hotel. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

You could tell they just did a renovation outside seemed old but painted over. Male clerk was unpleasant. Female clerk was non-attentive. Room was cleaned each day, left my laptop in the room as well as some other valuables by mistake but they were safe right where I left them when I returned. Breakfast was not Continental!!! Waffle maker, powered eggs, dry cereal and a few banna 's. I would not pay to stay here again.

The room was nice, when I stayed there over New Year's there was almost nobody. The breakfast attendant was somewhat clueless though, missing utensils, hot water kettle with leftover coffee and so forth but the restaurant where breakfast took place looked interesting.

I would not recommend to stay here. The place is in bad repair and not well kept at all. The rooms need a deep cleaning for sure. Lights around the location are missing pieces. Trash on the stairs, very unkept. So much more. Rarely do I take pictures of the issues but here I did. PASS ON THIS LOCATION

My first description to a friend when I told them about my hotel. Sketchy. People hanging out on balconies, groups of adults extitng and entering same room. Breakfast was missing creamer for coffee, no pastries, bagels or bread for toast. Left and bought breakfast elsewhere. Previous guest left a washcloth hanging on end of shower curtain. Decor and carpet was dated. Tub, sink and linens seemed clean and fresh, and bed was newer and comfortable. If your not spending a lot of time in the room, it will do.
