The room was not as cleaned as it should have been. The. Outside areas of the hotel were very dirty and needed a lot of cleaning.

Room was obviously not cleaned, although beds were made. Coffee spill on sink, mirrors covered with splatters, toilet looked like someone had just used it. The worse part is the beds - so weird the way they are made with no sheet between the bottom sheet and the blanket. The "bed cover" was probably meant to be the top sheet, but it was placed over the blanket (which you know are not washed after every use), so there's nothing between you and this woolly blanket. What's with a hotel not providing a top sheet????? There was construction going on and so there was lots of old paint scraps all over the entrance. Check out the picture of the interior door - the hotel looked really nice from the outside, but this picture pretty much says it all. We did not complain because we were soo tired, although I did call the front desk to let them know the pot was missing from the coffee maker and did not want to be charged for it (we don't drink coffee), also mentioned the coffee spills and dirty mirrors, they did not offer to clean anything and we were too tired to bother.

I booked March 20-21 a room for 2. The 21st we were locked out and told we were suppose to leave the 21st. I have confirmation from Orbitz for the 20-21. We had to pay extra for the 21st. The desk in the room is falling apart, no drain cover in restroom sink, to turn tv on had to pull the tv out to get to the side. Not safe. I'am handicapped and if I had to go upstairs, there is no elevator. People were carrying heavy bags going up the stairs. Unsafe. If this is a Wynn property that also owns the hotels in Las Vegas, the hotels in Las Vegas are nothing like the Ramada.

Arrived in late evening and we're assigned to a handicapped room?? Before leaving to this room we were told that the laundry facilities had broken down that day so we would hopefully have towels later that evening ( it was 8:30 or latter in the evening at that point Our 1st impression already was not good but once entering our assigned room we found the refrigerator didn't work, there was a strong offensive odor and when we inspected the bathroom we found the floors to be sticky, as in someone spilled something sweet on the old floors. The room was in dire need of refurbishing anyway so we returned to the front desk. We told ( what turned out to be the manager) of the condition as well as asking why we were assigned a handicapped room. They said that's what Orbitz requested for us. She also explained that maybe housekeeping hadn't done a very good job on that bathroom floor. After being re-assigned a "refurbished" room with a king bed we proceeded there, unloaded our luggage and went to dinner. Upon returning we found the TV didn't work...at all. My wife had left to walk down to the office and found a young gal who was the only one there and asked for clean towels. She brought those back to this room and we tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work at all so I proceeded to call the front desk and found that the phone was completely dead.. I promptly walked back down to the office and asked for a refund of our fees. She said she couldn't do that but proceeded to tell me

Room was dirty. Fixtures broken or missing even after brand new renovation. Switched our beds from queen to full with no notification at all. Impossible to get new towels or trash bags to empty our own trash. Bad hotel in a great location.

Bathtub was filthy we did not notice until morning when we got up to get ready, soo bad we did not use it. The furniture was falling apart and there was no sign that anyone vacuumed, left over food items under every piece of furniture. We were so tired the night we arrived we just went to sleep, when we noticed everything in the morning we were horrified that we stayed there. We told the staff, they didn't seem too concerned. Probably every room is in that condition. We should have been refunded our money for the condition of the room.

The room was in rough shape. Water leaks on walls and ceilings. Paint on carpet. Didn't even want to use the shower it was so gross. Nice breakfast and Good location

The room was to have been handicapped accessible to which it wasn't. Then they told me the only handicap rooms they had were king size and were located on the 2nd floor (but no elevator) plus they were already in use. So they gave us a room on the 1st floor, upon entering we found that there was no lights working in the bathroom, tv/phone/air conditioner/ were working, I called the desk and at first the clerk told me it would be morning before anything could be repair, I told her that was unacceptable, after much confrontation she finally gave us another room, this time the phone or cooling unit were working, the carpet was buckled up which w" s a potential for hazzard to my friend who walks with a brace and cane, there was a large dumpster blocking the window. There were no towels at all, when I went to the front desk and asked for some I was informed they were in the dryer and I could come back down for them to which I replied ' why can't housekeeping bring them" I was told there wasn't anyone. I then asked if they could put some type of chair in the tub so that my friend would be able to take a shower, I was informed no they couldn't. Also there was no coffee in the room and never was the whole stay. I ended up having to wait upon the towels..When I asked for the Manager I was told there wasn't one on duty. On the 2nd I asked for coffee to which I never did get I finally did the towels housekeeping never came and cleaned anything, there was a disposed coffee bag .

Got a unremodled room and trash from rooms in the parking lot from the room being remolded

I've stayed at this hotel more than 20 times when visiting my daughter, it use to be really nice, the last few times ive stayed ive noticed things starting to look really run down, but they are in the middle of a remodel now! Hope to see it improve soon or l will start staying some were else

we got in late from our flight from Alaska, anxious to for a good night sleep. We have stayed at that location several times since 2008. i knew something had changed immediately when we pulled up. we checked in, and got out room, i went to the sink to wash my face and no hot water, let water run for a few minutes, nada.... its 2 AM, i will def with it tomorrow.... before i went to bed, i looked up and saw what appeared to be blood splatter above the bed. so i started looking around, and noticed it all over the room, looked beside the nightstand, and a pink fake nail was on the ground! had i not been traveling since 3am (almost 24 hours straight) i would have left, that being said, when we woke up at 9 am, i tried to take a shower, still no hot water!!!! went to the front desk to inquire, was met with indifference.... told them about the blood splatter, again blank face. okay. no worries, we wont be back. would have been nice to shower, but maybe not....oh, and when i asked for a receipt, i was told that i would have to contact orbitz for one. THANKS RAMADA!!!

Room could have used a little maintenance. Overall it was ok and it looks like they are currently renovating.

Great Staff. Warmly greeted by front desk person, she got me fixed up quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff obviously were committed and capable. It was all the 'other' things... Scrolling on complimentary stuff like bath products. Free breakfast (c'mon, generic wal-mart syrup in the original package all sticky? Really?) was atrocious, pans were empty a half hour before closing and the attendant said. "I can get you some eggs but they will be cold, you can microwave them) I wasn't expecting much f8r $59, but the things that were lacking were definitely the ones that tell you ' the staff cares, the proprietors not so much.' next time I will spend a little more someplace else to have a better experience.

Had to ask for toilet paper, no shampoo and they did not know when they were going to get any as it was back ordered, gym not Working, manager said it was listed on the website that it was under construction but when I looked on the website it still showed pictures of the gym. When I showed this to the front Desk person she just shrugged it off. Was going to stay for the week but moved to Days Inn the next Day. Moving from the Ramada to Days In. On Grand was the Best decision I've made. Never coming back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good.breakfast lots of cable channel. Room smelled good but floor needed to be vacuumed .

The hotel was ok to sleep overnight but I would not spend relaxing time their.

Clean rooms, close to everything, nice breakfast, hotel staff was great!

Rude front desk staff Appearance was awful Overflowed trash Card keys didn't work

Great location for us but the room was dirty. No plug in the sink. Only two towels. No washcloths. The bed had only the two sheets. No comforter. Room wasn't straightened after first night stay.

We took a late flight from Chicago and got in late to the hotel. There was peanut shells on the floor near the beds, not all the lights worked and the shower was horrible. There was little water pressure. The breakfast was bad with not much of a selection.
