TV did not work...in two rooms. Staff promised to fix it, but did not. Keys failed 3 times, maids did not clean room 3 of 5 days. Breakfast was good.

Took more than 1 hour to the front desk guy to find my reservation. He was trying to charge me for another room. I have to call twice to the orbitz customer service to get it resolved. Then finally he gave a room that was not ready. It was like an storage room. This was late at night and we waste a lot of time when we were really tired.

The property is nice. It offers breakfast that runs out fast. Staffs are friendly. The place is quiet and close to so store and fast foods.

Undergoing remodeling at time of my stay. AC not working but staff did their best to accommodate us despite availability of finished rooms. Finished rooms were well done, comfortable beds and new linens and towels. Very friendly staff. Breakfast selection good, quality fair. I would stay there again.

Did not like how they have no parking for semi trucks. And had to wait til 3pm to check in and they don't offer any refunds

First room was under construction that they assigned. Next room had a huge hole rip in screen. Mirror paint chipped really bad. Not very quality for the price.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was filthy, and when I turned on the light to use the restroom in the night several cockroaches ran into a crack in the wall. The hotel makes you pay a $100 cash deposit when you check in and absolutely refuses to accept credit cards, even though we paid for the room on a credit card. When you check out they won't give you the cash deposit back until an employee goes up to check the room first. It takes forever to both check in and out. Do not stay here!!

The room was clean had Comfy bed fast check in easy, and comfortable

This was the worst hotel I've experienced in 20 years. Dirty, bug infested, with an a/c unit that barely worked and filled the room with a dank, musty stink. When I tried to check out early because the room was intolerable, the manager claimed I'd been given a special rate and refused to check me out. I eventually got a partial refund but still ate the cost of two nights I didn't stay there. There is NOTHING about this hotel that's worthy of praise. Avoid it like the plague it is.

Place is a dump. Carpet coming up, drywall falling off walls, stinks.

By fat the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The room was smelly like piss, black mold, pee all over the seat, dirty dusty heater....

The price is right. This is a plus. The neighborhood was safe and there is access to all kinds of restaurants and stores. However, service was fair. I needed my room key access te-done several times. This was irritating due to having to stand in line multiple times. The staff interaction was poor.

It was clean and affordable but pretty beat up and the pool is barely a puddle
