Close enough to walk....

Check-in was easy and host was very accommodating. There has been mention in other reviews regarding window coverings. If that is an issue for you, then come prepared with solutions. We did and found the solutions were pretty easy. Close to many parks and State Farm Stadium. We chose to take the 20-30 minute walk to the stadium each time, rather than fight traffic and parking. For that reason alone, this property gets our overall rating of 5.

Home with nice layout but not rental ready

This home has a great layout for families to stay in & has the potential to be a great rental place. However, it is still lacking things mentioned in older reviews: no blinds in bathrooms & majority of bedrooms. Fire pit has still not been hooked up. Deck furniture still broken. Minimal bedding. Minimal furnishing for seating in home. Minimal kitchen equipment. Crib rail doesn't raise & lower, so had to go buy a playpen for our baby to sleep in. In addition the home was not very clean, we had to wash floors, vacuum, clean bathtubs & high chair ourselves. During our stay the water got shut off in the home one afternoon bc of non payment of bill, you need water when you have little ones staying! Our grandson did love the backyard putting green.

The property is in a secure quiet neighborhood. The home is new and spacious. Owner usually responded promptly to any questions. Furnishings were a disappointment, large dining room was empty, no table or chairs. Beds were not comfortable. If planning on cooking meals, the kitchen is missing basic utensils, such as can opener and serving bowls. There is no hot tub that was listed in the amenities. The fire pit is not hooked up and usable.

Great house - not ready to stay in.

This house is brand new, spacious, in a very nice area close to a ton of entertainment and food options. However, the house had a lot of shortcomings. It was closer to a vacant house than a vacation rental. Zero toilet paper or paper towels provided. When I reached out to the owner to see if they were somewhere in the house they blamed the housekeeper and ghosted. No trash bags or trash can (had a tiny recycle can only for entire house) kitchen had no wine opener, or any utensils aside from the very most basic of kitchen tools. The fridge ice maker and water dispenser didn’t work. The entire main dining area was vacant, there was a flimsy essentially cardboard table in the kitchen as the only dining space that seated 4 but wasn’t suitable for dinner as it was flimsy and unstable. Bedrooms had no window coverings so the sunrise brought the full brunt of the sun I’ve rented many vacation homes, and am flexible to each houses issues. But this one was just too many to ignore. Having to take an Uber to buy toilet paper after the host ghosting me was frustrating. Shortage of bedding / blankets One of the bedrooms listed in the included space was a locked empty room with a bare mattress. You get the idea. Beautiful home in great spot. Zero prep for people to be enjoying the great home. Really nice outdoor area including fire pit with no seats to enjoy the amenities.

Amazing location/place

This place was perfect for me and my friends on our golf trip. Roma was great and even let me check in earlier then the normal check in time. The house was clean and has plenty of room for larger groups. Also you will have your own putting green at your leisure for any golfers out there. I would definitely recommend booking this place if you are visiting AZ. Thank you again Roma for having us.

Nice house with enough space for what we needed. Small hiccup with water but host was very responsive and quick to resolve and answer all my questions. Just one small suggestion, window covering for bedrooms and restrooms are necessary.

The perfect place for us!

This is a wonderful home. Since 2 of the bedrooms are on the other side of the house it was perfect for our two families. Lots of room and super quiet and relaxing.
