Good Hotel for a very good price. Breakfast included and good swimming pool

The staff was very friendly and the courtyard was beautiful. Every in the room worked great.

Looks can be deceiving. We almost missed the front of the hotel as it's quite small and all the rooms face an inner courtyard. It's an older hotel, but well kept. I'd guess 60's so it has an original retro look. The inner courtyard has a small pool, grass and is nicely landscaped. Security is good and entrances to the courtyard area are gated and unlock with your room card key. Parking areas have security cameras Rooms are quiet and have the latest air conditioning technology with ductless AC units that are very efficient and quiet. Our room with a single king bed, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge seemed spacious. The room isn’t fancy, but it’s freshly painted and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The young woman at the desk at checkout time pulled out a paper map and drew directions to the airport. (Yes, I can use my cell phone, but I like to have a general idea of where I am and where I’m going.) The free breakfast was better than average, and the waffles were excellent. I had to resist having a second. The breakfast area was well maintained and had a great retro look. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again next time we are in Phoenix.

Very enjoyable. They have a birdcage with many types of birds. Some people maybe concern about all the noise they make in the early morning. Just be aware!!!

Great location. Beautiful pool and grounds. Staff was very courteous.Nice breakfast. Great week long stay!

This hotel is just weird. When we first walked up to our room, there were people outside their room a few doors down playing music loud enough for all to hear. All of the rooms face in to a courtyard with a weird swing and a huge bird cage with 20+ parakeets. We just needed a quick one might stay and this hotel met that need. The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was quiet and awkward. I'm pretty sure my son's phone got hacked using the hotel Wi-Fi. We won't stay again when in the area.

Very nice and helpful front desk people. Decent free breakfast (with eggs!) Liked how the rooms opened up to the inner court with pool and birds--nice, safe feeling. Bed was comfortable but the room was a little run down with some carpet stains and mildew in tub.

My family loved this hotel so much we decided to stay another night! The hotel is thoughtfully laid out and has a delightful mid- century design. The heated pool, giant outdoor bird house, 4 person swing, oversized chess set, delicious breakfast, and fantastic staff made this hotel our favorite of our 9 day vacation. Also, the beds were super comfy.

We had expected the worst when reading some reviews after we had booked. Thankfully our fears were put to rest after arriving. The staff was great. It is an older remodeled hotel, very clean and comfortable. It had a very tropical vibe with the palms, flowers and sounds of the beautiful bird sanctuary. Kept the door open just to hear it.

This was the perfect hotel for us. We were visiting family in Scottsdale and had an early flight so I wanted something convenient to both. We also love the Botanical Garden and knew we'd have some free time in the afternoon so that was very nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful, very true to the picture. The only downside was the area. The hotel is in a largely abandoned shopping center and there are no services within walking distance. I hope this changes because everything about the hotel was quite nice. It was perfect for us but we had specific needs that might not apply to others.

Nice employees! Clean but, needs to add furniture and reading lights.

I arrived in the lobby at noon and was greet s with a sign that read, “please wait we arenpit on the property.” No Bell no buzzer, just a wait in my car for 5-10 minutes. Once she returned and I checked in, she told us where to park for our room. We drove around the place and Parkes in the back. I noticed a closed circuit camera covering the back metal gate. This place was old and dirty at the entry, and we pa led in what appeared to be a back alley. The room was what Motel 6 looked like in 1970. Not a good area, not a good hotel. In fact I’d call it a motel

Staff is great and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovation and there is some minor things not working (new telephone and some outlets were not working) but staff attentive. Though rooms are undergoing renovation, the area were clean. The bed was comfortable and firm. The breakfast bacon was well cooked with good range of choices. Being in Scottsdale it was well located and readily available parking. The internet seems to be a bit slow but functional. Would return again.

The only problem I had was the wi-fi. There was no signal in my room.

The hotel could use a few upgrades but overall very nice especially for the price and the room was very comfortable as well.

very cool, palm springs, 60's vibe. Excellent room and staff. Great breakfast. Location is near all the things you want to do.

Everything in working order, but the bathroom sink had a smell, not sure if water or drain. Was in the middle of an industrial area and car dealerships. Nothing you can walk to. Would not stay again.

Definitely coming back another year. The location was nice as it was close to the,Desert Botanical Gardens & Scottsdale downtown area.

Remodeled run down motel. Bed and towels comfortable but noise from traffic, other guests and the aviary made sleep more difficult. Needs new paint and plumbing. Staff was great.

The staff was very friendly and the lounge was fun. We had the best bartenders there!
