Room was expensive in a fairly nice area, but from the moment we arrived, the neglect of the facility was obvious. The lobby and elevators had cigarette butts lying in corners and were unswept/unmopped. Our floor smelled of marijuana use, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, including the pillows. The carpets were dirty and stained, only one bed had a bed skirt and both beds were too hard. Our bathroom light fixture cover had been removed and slid under the sink and the shower curtain was torn. When we asked for another room, they provided one with dog hair all over the beds and furniture. We decided not to brave the restaurant.

Overall fine, kind of pricey for what you get, not very conveniently located but that's not really the hotel's fault... The Hotel is clean and nice.

Pleasantly surprised to have the fountain right across the street. Took a stroll around the park, watched the fountain, looked at flowering Aloes and went back to a very cozy bed in a quiet room. Restaurant is down the hall, but I had already eaten elsewhere before check in.

The desk clerk parks his car in the main entrance portico, making it inconvenient for guests to pull-in and register. It also just looks trashy and unprofessional. The desk help are not often at the front desk, and the one main guy is very loud and not friendly. The carpet in my room had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was dirty (see photo). The beds and linens were nice. The pool area was dirty -- trash was not taken out, tables and chairs were disorderly. The lobby area was full of plastic flowers and other odd decorations. I asked for first floor in reservation but was given 3rd. The stairwells smelled like urine, presumably from the dogs they allow in (to stay with guests). It is very cheap, like $40/night, but you get what you pay for.

Stayed here 3 years ago and it was very nice. We were very disappointed to see how much it had changed. They actually put us into a room where the mattresses were on the floor without a frame. Needless to say we complained about this and requested another room. The second room had a terrible view of the construction site next to the hotel. On to our third room with its air conditioning problems that were reported to the front desk but never handled. It was very sad to see how badly the hotel has changed. On a good note the restaurant had great food with good service. Been nice knowing you Lexington hotel in fountain hills Az.

I arrived to the worst hotel I had ever seen and had to get out quick. Everything was booked full because of spring games and spring break. I found an opening at this hotel. Check in isn't until 2 and I had an interview at 2:30. I arrived at this hotel at 11:30, way before check in time. I explained that I was from another state and trying to relocate and had a job interview that I had to get ready for before check in time. They were very accommodating and I was in a room within 15 minutes. The room was very nice. It wasn't completely clean but I think that the very minor bit that wasn't clean was due to me not giving them the time to get the job done. Great room service, amazing view, wonderful grill restaurant downstairs, pool and hot tub, fresh coffee in room, microwave, fridge and freezer, lots of counter space, and very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend the Lexington in Fountain Hills. They even gave me a discounted price after my horrible experience at Knights inn. If your making a trip out to this area this is definitely the place to stay.

We booked this hotel at the last minute. It was very nice and looks to be in a very nice up and coming area of town. Very clean and beds comfortable. The only negative about this hotel is that the walls seem to be thin...could hear our next door neighbors talking.

Had to find a place for a few days this 2016 spring training. Had a dilemma in LA and didn't make it to Az til 5am; the staff was supportive and nice to hold my room til I arrived, during a time when hotels are sold out. Beautiful area too.

Very nice area, 1/2 hour from Phoenix. Nice restaurants in the area. The room is a little worn and due for an update, floor tiles were loose in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great after hiking all day. Price seemed right for what you got. Especially when comparable places in Phoenix were double the price during the opening of Spring Training games and Spring Break all happening.

This was exactly what we needed, a kid friendly hotel that has a modern flare. It was perfect for us, cozy and clean and friendly staff!

Nice location. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

One of the most pleased hotel I've stayeda at,wonderful staff. The breakfast at the hotel is well prepared..

I've stayed in this hotel before and it's a great value. I't across from the Fountain, runner friendly, lots of restaurant options nearby. I can get anywhere in Scottsdale and east Phoenix. I'll stay there again.

Had a pleasant stay, enjoyed the area, and the hotel was convenient. I'd probably return if i was in the are again.

Overall experience was great. The $5 breakfast is really good. The staff is helpful but the hotel just needs to be upgraded. The towels were old and falling apart and the carpets needs to be replaced.

We wanted to leave when we got the room we felt disgusting.I reserved a jacuzzi journior suite with king bed .But when we got there, they said it is not a suite and I need to pay more money for a suite.I was angry. The king bedroom they gave us is upgraded which has good view but the windows are sealed and it has haze outside and it was broken. The room looked old and dirty. So the hotels is smelly. There are stains on the floor and I can even see blood in the bathroom. So we changed to a better room, but it is still dirty. The location is good and it has resturant and a small pool. But the road to the lake is in construction. That is why it is value.

Attended a high school graduation and booked at Lexington located right next to the famous fountain hills water gusher! Our room overlooked the famous park with plenty of eateries in walking distance. The road construction was a minor setback but the value-priced breakfast menu was worth eating in the hotel instead of finding a breakfast restaurant. Our bedroom was very spacious and our stay was very comfortable.

We had a great 2 room suite at a very affordable price. Staff was nice. Good view of the fountain. Would stay again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, room was clean and I would definitely stay there again, only downfall was that there was no continental breakfast, but overall it was a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and we are picky about where we sleep.
