The hotel staff is very friendly and kind. The room we stayed in had an issue with a funky smell coming from the bathroom plumbing area. When I called to report the issue to the GM Ryan (his number is on the desk in the hotel room) he answered the phone directly and apologized for the inconvenience. He and his staff handled the situation with top notch care and compassion. We travel a lot but this is the first time that we've ever stayed at this property. We will certainly stay there again in the future because of the great staff. Thank you!

Would recommend. Nice pool and area. Restaurants within walking distance. Target one block over.

I have traveled to Phoenix 2-3 times/year for 10-15 years to visit family nearby and have always stay here. I've never been disappointed. The facility is always well maintained and rooms always clean and up o date.

We really appreciate no extra fees to let our toy poodle stay!

It was a good experience.Room wre kept clean and the suff were helpful and friendly.

We were there for a competition at Polar Ice rink, so the location was perfect. Lots of things around to eat and for shopping. The hotel was so dirty. The bathroom was gross and stains on the sheets. We complained, but no one cared.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Amenities don't stand out but all the typical stuff is included.

In my stay I had drity towels hung in the bathroom for my use there was yellow stains on the bed sheets and comforter. When I used the blow dryer it started on fire. I was really upset when I went to tell the staff they dismissed it and just said they were sorry Shame on this hotel never again will we stay sorry to say

La Quinta in Peoria is in a very central location that is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the sports stadium, etc. They have a wonderful breakfast including waffles, sausage bisquits and gravy. They also had many fruit and cereal choices included. This hotel is pet friendly but I was not expecting 5dogs to come charging at me at midnight in the hallway. Overall, the bedding is great, the pool is clean, and the staff are wonderful and helpful.

I booked too late and was not able to get another Hotel. My room was fairly clean, but had a worn appearance to it. This location has a nice pool area. Parking is pretty good. Located near several choices of restaurants. The breakfast was awful. Canned fruits low quality food. Too much noise. You can hear doors slamming from other rooms. You can hear TVs blaring from the hallway. The in room refrigerators labeled as coolers says a lot about this place. 100° outside and no way to keep cold water. If you are accustomed to quality such as a Hilton Hotel, book well in advance so you don't get stuck here.

The hotel was very reasonable and suited our needs for over-night accommodations. We were pleased with our stay.

The motel was clean, front desk staff was wonderful. Located in a good, safe business community. Housekeeping was marginal; we had to ask for coffee cups twice, the refrigerator and microwave (as advertised) had to be requested and brought in also. The free breakfast was cheap and needs improvement --- hard boiled eggs, stale muffins. Also, the worst TV cable line-up... If you plan to stay one night, it's OK. I stayed for a week. That made a difference.

The staff was friendly and very willing to extend themselves to make our stay a good one. Location was the best for baseball events at Peoria sports complex. Breakfast is a basic continental but it was enough to get our day started, although some eggs/bacon/sausage would have been nice. I told my husband, 'We've found our hotel!'

The room was clean, bed soft, bathroom clean. Towels weren't full of holes. Pool area clean and if we stayed longer we would have enjoyed it. The only problem was the TV should have been mounted on the wall.

I enjoyed my time there but the housekeeping didn't check the fridge & there was left over food in our fridge. The front desk person was okay, she was on a call when I got there but that wasn't bad. She didn't give us directions to the elevators or anything else in the hotel for that matter. Other than those it was good.

Well, just couple of things.... They allow the pets in side the hotel and u can easily hear the next room even if they talk or watching TV or something else.... Other than that everything is good especially the location and the stuff are so nice especially the lady who works afternoon shift Do I stay here again ? The answer is. Yes

Staff was able to get us in before the scheduled 3pm check-in time. Staff was able to get us in touch with a rental car agency that actually had cars available, no small feat during spring training. Hotel is directly across the street from the Peoria Sports complex. Quick walk to target, the mall, chipotle, and plenty of local restaurants and chains. Gym is the only bad part, it is need of repair.

Clean, nice beds, friendly helpful employees. Breakfast is fine. Only complaint is coffee should be available in the lobby all day cause those little pots in the room make terrible coffee! This hotel is located in the midst of shopping, restaurants and even ice cream or yogurt! Some have complained of road noise, but with the air/heat on we where not bothered after 10. Will stay here again! And if you have questions, ask Brenda! She is truly a wonderful person!

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was nice, clean, etc. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking but OK. My problem with the hotel is upon coming back to our room after being gone for about 10 hours our door was unlocked and open !!!!!! Seems the house keeping staff "didn't latch" the door !!! Very unnerving experience. When the on duty manager came to our room (after I called the front desk and had to insist on talking to her) we were given token apologies with the attitude like we were over reacting......excuses like "it's ONLY been open for 10 or 15 minutes" , how did they know that ??? That was the extent of the explanation/apology. Due to security concerns there is no way I would stay at this location again.

I THOUGHT I GOT AN AMAZING DEAL. FREE WIFI, FREE BREAKFAST!
