Nice & clean- pleasant staff-good breakfast . Beds very pleasant

I booked a room for 3 nights. This is a good hotel for a 1-night stay. First, I paid too much for a room overlooking the highway. The room was nice but the bathroom was remodeled using cheap material. They put a liner on top of the bathtub which was a bit slippery when showering and the bathroom countertop and sink was outdated. Breakfast was not good. Canned fruit or small, hard fresh apples. Packaged oatmeal. Cereal was tasteless and coffee was watered down. After one breakfast at the hotel, you will not want it the second day. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Beds could be more comfortable. But would stay again!

This is a great location, or was for me. Nice facility that is well run. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. But breakfast content was shaky. The frozen egg rounds are a poor substitute for eggs. There was not a variety of choices. For what I paid, I was looking for more.

We have been visiting for the last 7 years this year the rooms were upgraded the floors redone overall a very comfortable stay!

Nice accommodations for the money - breakfast was better than expected. Great value. Was raining during my stay so did not enjoy the outdoor amenities.

Room was nice. Comfortable. Clean. Hotel in good location. Easy to get around. Lobby under construction, so common areas were dirty (ish), but can't hold it against them when they are trying to improve the place. Was there Sep 2016. Construction should be done by now.

Hotel was fine. We slept in and did not eat breakfast. Good shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Easy on and off the 101. Only wish we had a suite with 2 televisions since my wife hates football and we were there all day Sunday.

it was perfect and good location very clean and the continental breakfast is good. I also loved the friendly employees. Brent was very helpful.

This La Quinta provided great value for the cost. Convenient location next to the 101 freeway, gas station and restaurants are among the many benefits. Comfortable beds and pillows and solid complimentary breakfast made for an enjoyable stay.

Decided to take a trip out west to see Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesan West and some Spring Training Baseball. This was a central location and was an easy commute to everything. The staff was very polite and amenities were plentiful. I enjoy staying at the chain of La Quinta hotels.

Very convenient off the freeway but a little tricky entrance. Clean room quiet area just right to see Talliessen the next morning.

We needed an hotel near Mayo and it was the perfect location. The staff was helpful and the continental breakfast great! The rooms were clean and large. We appreciated the microwave and refrigerater too. For $59 a night it was a great value!

We were in town to visit family and I always stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the location of this hotel is perfect. You are next door to chick-fil-a and a gas station and at the entrance to the 101 to go anywhere. I asked the manager to provide me a portable refrigerator and he made it happen. What a great place to stay and a great location.

great hotel for a quick stay on a business trip in Phoenix, great location & very clean un expensive hotel.

This was for Business and it is close to my accounts I need to visit. Nice hotel

The hotel room was very nice very clean. Customers service was a tad bit below average. Should start a conversation with a guest to be more inviting into the hotel. I felt like something was wrong like maybe I shouldn't have book here. There was a long awkward silence when checking in. I tried to say something but the response was Oh yea any way the room was great and spacious and met my expectations. Just think front desk should step up a Lil bit.

It was perfect for the one night we stayed. I will be back in three or four weeks and will stay here again.

We have been coming to the same hotel for years because we were very happy with the cleanliness and staff. This year the breakfast was very average, no hot breakfast. It was cold cereal, bagels & toast and hard boiled eggs. Very disappointing. We had a king bed but the top mattress was smaller than the box by about 6 inches....didn't understand that at all.

After a few days, you had to peel the eggs yourself. The TV cable/satellite provider couldn't figure out how to fix the time zone problem. For 6 months of the year, the TV guide is 1 hour off. C'mon man!
