This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Room was next to back door, very busy and noisy. Front desk lady very rude.

It was great, just stayed one night. Staff very friendly and nice spread for the free breakfast. Overall really nice.

A use La Qiunta because of I travel with my dog which is not a service dog.

This was a fairly recently renovated hotel. It was clean, in an excellent location, and very comfortable. It's near a highway, but still quiet. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel.

The overall experience was great. Until we got home to find that not only was our credit card charged but my debit card from Orbitz was charged as well. Upon checking in, after a long 7 hour drive, the front desk clerk, Judith, asked for a credit card. We provided her the card we wanted charged. When I booked online I provided my debit to hold our reservation. The front desk clerk should've asked if the card used to hold the reservation was the same card we wanted to use, I would've said NO. Now I'm dealing with Orbitz to try and get my $125.43 put back into my checking account, to which I've been told it could take up to 5 business days. I wonder if Orbitz would want to wait 5 business days to get their money. Not pleased at all that there are no customer service personnel in the US that can help. Very hard to understand foreign customer service personnel.

comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location

I really love the decor in the hotel room. The breakfast was great, too with lots of variety of fresh food. My one complaint is the gym. I exercise every morning, but when it's 85+ degrees (indoors) it makes is rough. The treadmill also doesn't count miles! Besides this, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was big with fridge, microwave, cable tv. Free breakfast was very good. Our sheets were dirty so I called the front desk and they couldn't help me because the clerk was the only persom running the hotel. When I went down to the front desk, she threw a sheet to me and told me go ahead andreplace it.

Thank you for all service, it's nice hotel no have any problem to find address and I recommend this hotel

Prior to making reservations for this hotel I called the front desk to make sure that they had an airport shuttle to transport me to the airport the next morning. In fact, that was how I picked this hotel in the first place. However, once I arrived I was informed rather curtly by a lady at the front desk that their shuttle did not start until 6:30 a.m. which was too late to get me out to the airport for my morning flight. That's all fine but they should have told me that when I called prior to making my reservation. It is possible that one person simply did not know what was going on, but this is a very important feature of the hotel.

For the money, it's OK....very noisy as its right by the freeway. Breakfast is a cattle drive with one microwave, one toaster all crammed into the corner....the AC in our room gave out at 2 am, so the last night was miserable . Told the girl at the seat and she did give a $25 credit....I would not stay here again

The first morning my son and I went down stairs for breakfast I made myself a waffle and when I got the syrup there were bugs in it. I showed the guy walking around he grabbed the canister of syrup and walked away didn't say one word to me. We got back to hotel later that afternoon and there was a busted sprinkler so the fire alarms kept going off randomly.... Not very relaxing when you are 7 months pregnant and have 2 boys, 4 and 1 in a half and being on the 5th floor doesn't help either when you have to use the stairs every time. There were crazy storms during our stay so the day of our check out I decided to walk down stairs and talk to the front desk about my stay and see if we could get a later check out because I know that the sprinkler and the storms were not thier fault and all I wanted was for my boys to get a chance to swim. So the lady was very nice and told me I could check out whenever I wanted. We went swimming and went back to the room and started packing our things to leave and I recieced a phone call in the room from the front desk (a totally different lady that I didn't talk to) she was very rude! Saying I understand someone gave you a longer check out, do you know who told you this because our late check out is 1, well do you know when your going to leave?! All I said was, well the lady I talked to was aware of how my stay has been with you, she was going to comp my stay but I told her all I wanted was a later check out she then told me I could check out whenever I wanted. All this lady said was um.. Ok! And hung up!

The hotel was fine and the room was good. However, after driving all day we were made to wait 45 minutes while the room was cleaning. The desk was understaffed and we were made to wait each time we were there while the phone was given priority. Certainly fixable problems but annoying nevertheless.

We have been to this hotel a number of times and have always found it to be an excellent experience. People are helpful, great breakfast, easy access and nice pool

Very good value and location. Stayed here two nights on a business trip. Staff were friendly, room was in good shape and clean. Decent breakfast offering. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very helpful. Clean and very nice rooms . We came back a day later we enjoyed it so much.

The hotel was doing some remodeling, I guess. The pool was being redone and the entire area around the pool was a mess. The elevator was broken so you had to walk to the other end of the hotel to get to the other one. It would have been nice if someone had told me that the hotel is doing some repairs and to expect this. I don't think that it is right to pay full price when there is problems with staying at the hotel and not getting what we pay for. There was other people also complaining about no pool and there was not real answer to them eather. Just, sorry no pool. I will not stay at this hotel again due to no one letting me know of the inconvenience due to the remodel.

The hotel was fine, pretty standard La Quinta. Good location across the highway from a mall. However, they are doing major renovations at the hotel - which was on the floor right above us. When we went down to ask about it we were told they were going to be doing it 9-5 every day (even on the weekend)This would have been nice to know upon checking in or even before we booked the nights. There were no other rooms that we could be moved to on a lower floor. Extremely disappointed and I know other guests, even on lower floors were upset. No one wants to listen to what sounds like a jackhammer above their heads all day. I feel like they should have offered to discount guests rooms due to all of this.

They are in the middle of remodeling. You can't tell, but that is what they say :0) Super friendly staff. Okay bed. The pillows are a little weird but okay. Shower head was tall for my husband.
