Bedside lamp didn't work. Everything else was fine.

Clean rooms. Close to airport. Breakfast could have been better. All in all nice hotel.

This was my second time staying at this La Quinta. As usual, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the facilities eye-pleasing. This is my hotel of choice in Phoenix

It was really bad old, dirty, bad plumbing, breakfast was very low key, pool needed to be cleaned and the elevator was never cleaned. The bathroom shower knobs did not work right and if you were taller than 5' 5" you could not take a shower. An old person could not get in the shower with out a ladder or railing which they did not have because the tub liner was to big

All of the staff was especially helpful and hospitable. I will definitely be returning to this location. A special thank you is in order to Nevin and Skinner, they were super helpful and recommended a few cool things to do in town and out, I really appreciated the kindness and efforts. Also, I really liked that the shuttle was able to take us to anything within a 3 mile radius.

Stayed there for 3 days. They provide free breakfast which was a +point. They didn't had any microwave, so we were very limited to bringing outside stuff, specially staying for 3 days. Overall decent experience.

Are dogs allowed had one barking in room nearby??? Some details of room neglected doesn't affect cleanliness or comfort tho! While paint stains on curtains, has microwave n refrigerator which is handy also breakfast served! Bed very comfy lots of pillows! Staff very attentive and efficient!

The hotel was old and our room was dirty. The floor was no vacuummed and there was hair all over the bathroom. The shower was very small and I was not able to turn the faucet off after my shower. The tub started to fill and I wasn't help to get a hold of someone from the front desk. The tub started to overflow and I had to run to grab someone from front desk because no one was answering. I finally was able to grab the security guard and he had to take apart the faucet.

they billed me for two rooms! (we only stayed in one) nobody at the front desk would help.

The staff and service were very nice and very helpful, although a few of them were not the most professional. We were told the pool was heated. It was not. I don't think that it would be a problem in the hotter months but we were there in February. It wasn't a big deal anyway we only used it once and because we could. The room was okay. Relatively clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible. The bathroom was gross and in need of updating and repair. The shower head was very low, probably 5 feet from the shower floor. I'm 6'4" tall. When asked about the height of the shower head the woman told me the hotel was built in the 30s... Were people shorter back then? They should invest in those handheld shower heads.

Free shuttle to airport; friendly staff; clean. cons: Traffic noise, breakfast just 'ok' Good choice if flying out of airport.

The staff are kind and more than helpful and the rooms are spacious. The air and heating system however is noisy and combined with the typical airport noise of planes taking off I did not sleep so well. The free breakfast is a bit limited consisting of muffins, waffles, hot cereals, boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. I would stay there again if the heating and cooling systems were not so noisy.

Overall not a bad place, but in need of an update, with the 1950's vintage design having all exterior doors leading directly to the outside. Room was clean and adequate, but lacked a microwave and mini-refrigerator (present in the La Quinta in Tucson). OK for a quick one night stay near the airport.

great place to stay only 10 mins from the rental car return . Close to everything plenty of places to eat and this is my 3rd time staying here

easy in and out experience not much interaction with the staff rooms was pleasing & clean furniture was comfortable....

WE STAYED AT THE HO5EL FOR ONE NIGHT EVERYTHING WAS OK.

great location, close to airport and friends

All of the staff was especially helpful and hospitable. I will definitely be returning to this location. A special thank you is in order to Nevin and Skinner, they were super helpful and recommended a few cool things to do in town and out, I really appreciated the kindness and efforts. decent hotel, decent price, close to airport.
