La Quinta Inn Phoenix North

I expected a better quality hotel based on the La Quinta brand in another state. This hotel was run down.

Old hotel. First room had terrible (smoking) smell. We're able to switch rooms.

Was disappointed when I showed up but turned out to be a nice place. The buildings are old but the rooms were nice updated and clean.

This was a very nice older hotel that is kept very clean with a very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for travel all over the Phoenix area. Rates were reasonable and again a very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great and clean with A helpful tiff memberi

I love this place, everytime for the past 5 years I've stayed here and I have no complaints

staff was excellent, had a broken shower knob & 1 towel for 2 people, remedied in less than 10 min! Comfortable bed.

Bad Hotel and and service... worst experience I had when 1 guy tried to open our room and my wife and myself pushed the door several times to deny the access... this guy was trying to enter as cleaning service

Have stayed here several times and I loved it, will continue to utilize this lodging location whenever I'm in town again, thank you la quinta...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They serve breakfast in their cafeteria.

I had a room towards the rear of the hotel. There was a banging or hammering noise outside my room, a distance away probably not on the property, that kept me quite awake. By the time I realized what was going on, it was too late in the night to switch rooms. Maybe not the hotel's fault, but it would have been nice to know so I could have switched rooms. Overall, comfortable; big bathroom and good breakfast. But the hotel looked a bit shabby.

We were staying here overnight as we were passing through Phoenix as part of a road trip. It was an awesome stay and we couldn't be happier. Comfortable and clean room, plus the breakfast was great as well! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good night's sleep in a safe location.

AC IS TOO LOUD, YUO CAN'T SLEEP IF IT'S ON, THEY DIN'T REMOVED TRASH FROM TRASH CANS, DIN.T SWEEPT BATHRROM OR VACCUM CARPET, BREAKFAST IS WORST EVERYTIME (HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES) RECEPTION STAFF IS GREAT.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The amenities were as expected. I did have an unexpected need for assistance and it didn't seem that there was enough staff on hand to handle the need. I would stay there again.

I went there for a week and couldnt be more happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and responsive, the room was neat and clean and the location is great to access down town phoenix and the highway to take a short trip to sedona/grand canyon.

I come to LaQuinta when I want to get away without leaving home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are comfy. The carpets and tile need a good deep clean, but other than that everything is great. The continental breakfast is good for the money offering boiled eggs, waffles, hot coffee, muffins, begals and hot/cold cereal. I definitely will recommend to friends.

It was clean, and very comfortable. Will stay again

I was passing through Phoenix on a vacation with when I stayed at La Quinta Phoenix North. It was a clean, well kept hotel with a large swimming pool and a hot tub. The hotel seemed a little over-priced but compared to other hotels in area it is a good value.

the AC unit was extremely loud, every time they use the WC sink or shower next door we heard a very loud humming noise in our bathroom, front desk staff was great, good breakfast.

Clean, good comfy bed, big bath, good cable, free internet, very good free breakfast, great location, and for the price couldn't beat the value. We went to see Katy Perry's concert, but basically everything in Phoenix and counties around is half an hour driving, so plan with this in mind.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites was the best stay based on the price range. The rooms were super clean. The beds were nice and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very spacious. We loved the flat screen TV. Best of all was the super delicious breakfast, there was good variety of food to choose from. The location was perfect, close to the freeway, quick access to and from the motel. I would definitely stay again. And I would highly recommend La Quinta to family and friends.

Serena - we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. While we are an older property, we do try our best to keep it in the best shape possible. I do hope you will continue to consider us for future stays.

Thanks for your feedback, and we apologize for the misunderstanding between yourself and the room attendant attempting to enter your room for service. We believe a language barrier contributed to the situation, and have counseled the employee in question.
