Terrible hotel , no TV . No hot water in the shower , uncomfortable bed . Not safe and dirty.

This was easily the nastiest place I've ever stayed. Mind, now, I am a budget traveler and I have traveled far and wide. I have stayed in roadside camps in Outer Mongolia. I've spent the night in questionable places in the PRC. I have stayed in cheap pensions in Latin America. I actually spent the night once - with my wife - in a house of ill repute in Mexico because we needed a safe place to park a loaded pick-up and that was the only place that we could find that provided secure parking. Yes, this was nastier than all of those. We couldn't get pizza delivered because all of the pizza places that I called were SCARED to send their drivers there. The room was stinky (a non-smoking room, but reeked of *some* kind of smoke and dampness), the carpet was filthy and sticky, there was not even a waste basket in the room. I felt like I was going to catch something. There as a lady in the office when we first arrived and she was at least polite. The guy who took her place later in the afternoon acted like he knew he was managing a crap property and didn't really care, like he figure if you were stupid enough to stay there, then just tough for you. We were without a vehicle (traveling by bus from Mexico). If I'd had transportation, I'd have found another place. In hindsight, I should have just called a cab, shouldn't I have? Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Or sleep in your car. Or curl up under a tree in the park. Just DON'T stay here.

I really can't say enough about Knights Inn Fairground because I don't think that Orbitz likes vulgarity in the reviews. The place was filthy. The carpet made me feel like I was going to catch something walking on it barefoot. The non-smoking room reeked of *some kind* of smoke. There wasn't even a waste basket in the room. The WiFi was useless, even when I went to the main office to try to get a connection. Understand that I don't mind budget hotels for an overnight pass-through stay. I'm accustomed to grungy. This place was just disgusting, especially for the price I paid. We wanted to order pizza for delivery and every pizza place I called was SCARED to send their drivers there. Just don't. Please. Sleep on the sidewalk. Go to the Salvation Army. Keep driving through Phoenix if you must. Just... DON'T. STAY. HERE

Very accommodating. We booked at the last minute and we were pleased with the results.

Room was ok. Need to clean better. Employees have good personalities.

This hotel is being cleaned up and updated. room was ok, but could have been cleaner-dirty hand print on the bathroom door, not sure what that was. Staff was responsive to the broken lock.

Good clean convenient inexpensive place I would stay there again

Night girls knocking on my door all hours of the night. Drugs being sold right out in the open

I drove in, there was a girl and a Mexican fighting outside, there was construction going on. I thought to my self "well, it's just for the night... I've lived in much worse" so I go in to check in, the guy behind the counter is pretty rude, I get my room key... I finally get to my room and it's probably the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. The trash wasn't even taken out, here's a photo of what my trash bin looked like. I then decide, well... I'm just going to shower and check out, I've been driving for hours. So I shower then I go down to check out, the clerk asks me why? I tell him the place is just a disaster, he asked me to try a different room, then I tell him about the trash can... Then he finally lets me check out. The reason why I check out instead of keeping it all night, was God knows what would happen if someone saw me not staying there and break in or something crazy. Needless to stay I sleeped in my car and that was way more comfortable and safer lol.

They 86 ed Mr and have no idea why they didn't have a trash can in there roaches everywhere I cleaned the room when I got in there

bed bugs, no fridge, no microwave, no roll away bed. I want my money back, you falsely advertised this place.

The room was dirty and the housekeeping staff did not listen but the front desk staff made the difference!

It was comfortable for the price. But the the 2 staff members that worked the front desk, I forget theor names but it was a blonde lady during the day and an Asian man at night. They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room could have been cleaner and the towels felt like you were drying off w sandpaper, but other than that no complaints.

Terrible!!!!;!;; ¡!!!!!! !!!!!;!!!!!!;;;;!!!;;;;;!!!!!!;;;;

Customer service, cleanliness and location clearly not even sub-par. Staff rude from the get go, unprofessional. Crime ridden to the utmost.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Bed was never cleaned just made before I got there. Hair and blunts in the sheets. Sink was clogged and floties would come up. Shower was dirty. Floor hasn't been vacuumed in years it seems like. By far the most discusting room I've ever stayed in .

the hotel rooms were dirty, and people were very rude and unfriendly.....plus i didn't feel safe the whole stay.

The room door was hard to open due to being kicked in. No washcloths or ice bucket. No smoke detector

AZ is actually a very familiar state for us as we lived here for 5 year. This time, returning from overseas where we worked, my husband and I decided to stay in hotels for some time. Knight`s Inn was the third one . Never in my life I stayed in such a slum before! A location of the cross of two Interstates, very criminal, unpleasant ,noisy and dusty area, old, almost broken furniture, disgusting old dirty carpet and cockroaches!I killed two! But the thing that struck me most was that visitors have to pay almost the same money which they have to pay for a stay in good, well-established , famous places. Stuff was friendly and nice , and the pull is big, but I would never recommend this place.

If you are traveling with family this is not the neighborhood for you. If you are flying solo you will have to make up your own mind.
