Nice stay. Lady at front desk could have been more friendly. She provided no information about check out times or Wi-Fi password. Had to call later and ask.

Chose this hotel to be near friends visited, and because it was right off of I-10. Hotel shows its age, but clean. Indoor/outdoor pool was small and didn't look clean. Hotel near plenty of fast food places.

Perfect hotel. Nice rooms, clean & roomy. Ref., microwave., pool, bar & resturant. Close to the freeway. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful & friendly.

Perfect location for when you come to Richie Brothers auction.

Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice place to stay. Good spot good views. Great WIFI connection.

Needed a room for the night. Arrived late, staff very understanding and pleasant. Wonderful nights sleep. No complaints.

Stayed two nights. Room was not attended to after first night. No bed make up bathroom service. No coffee in room or lobby.

Had a great stop in Phoenix at this hotel. Everything was exactly as it should be. Nice rooms, great staff, easy to get to from the highway and multiple places to eat and see nearby. What more could you ask for.

This hotel was just what we needed! As a family traveling to our new home abroad, this hotel was pet and child friendly! The room was clean and neat, however there were no linens or pillows for the extra sofa bed as we requested. It took a little while for someone to bring them up and then when they were finally, only one pillow was brought up for the three children that were going to share the bed. Other than that, it was very pleasant stay, nice and quiet. The front desk staff was very accommodating to what we needed. I would certainly stay there again. :)

Hard to find a parking spot in the evening. One elevator was not convenient. They didn't clean the room after we put away our do not disturb sign about eleven. They didn't double check if they cleaned or not. Found a coffee bag in the coffee maker when we were about to use it. They did bring an extra towel when we asked for it quickly. For being a Holiday Inn, I expect a little bit more. Liked the location because it was close to the spring training games.

Grear hotel !! Easy in & out of property. Close to Freeway. Very nice rooms, great staff.

Service was good and the restaurant and bar were were also good. This is not in the greatest neighborhood so we did not walk the area at night. But this turrned out to be a very convenient location.

friendly, helpful service. would have been nice to have been able to switch to a closer location to family in area (tried and it was not allowed, even if using same hotel chain). now that i know the area, i also would have enjoyed being closer to tempe.

It was definitely a disappointment for the money they charged. The rooms were not clean, there was no soap holder for the soap at the sink, had to keep it on a paper. Tissues were half torn and wasn't replaced when empty, had to call reception to get it replaced. No creamer was available for coffee. Dining options was pathetic. Room service along with the restaurants closed at 10, which meant a pizza delivery as the only bad option. I hate pizzas and it was pathetic. I would definitely not recommend that anyone go here. I received a better treatment for a lesser price. Definitely don't want to stay in a holiday inn again!

THE HOLIDAY WAS VERY PEACEFUL THE ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT EVERYTHING LOOK CLEAN. THE ONLY WAS IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE OR OLD HOTEL AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN TO THE HOTEL, I THINK FIRST IMPRESSION COUNTS ALOT AS WELL AS THE SMELL. THE GOOD THING IS THEY TOOK US IN ASAP. ALSO IT WAS NEXT TO THE FREEWAY.I THINK THE ROOMS NEEDED MORE PLUG INS TO CONNECT ELECTRIC THINGS LIKE CURLING IRON OR ANYTHING OR EVEN TO CHARGE MY PHONE.

When I first arrived the staff were somewhat rude. The stay actually was alright for my son and I. It wasn't a dump at all. Most of the staff and overall feeling there was comfortable. It would be classed as a medium level to me. It's not low level or high class. In its day I'm sure it was excellent. What gives it away are the room decor, clean but older looking. I would stay there again if I had to but I think I would spend a little more money and get something real nice. Hope this helps.
