This is our second time staying here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful with anything you need. This year the pool was open and nice to be able to use. Last year when the pool was closed, they allowed for us to go to the club down the street which we used since we had our grandchild with us. Nice option!

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Stayed two nights did not hear one voice in hallways, no door slams, and no noise above or below. Bed was very comfortable.

The food was terrible. Sausage patties were like seasoned cardboard. Eggs served without any kind of bread. And expensive. Would never recommend the restaurant but maybe the hotel if they didn't need to eat there...

Was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had..We travel often, and usually stay at La quinta inn...Holiday, has really done an awesome job with there upgrades and staff..I cant say enough how awesome the front desk, the restaurant waiter and the bartender were excellent..If i could give a 10..I would..We travel to that area at least 5 times a year, and will be back for sure..Beautiful hotel...I would put it against any Marriot or Hilton anyday..Superb!!!! We have a daughter in texas we are visiting in October..We are staying at the Holiday Inn express in Abilene..Our last stay there was good, but we were feeling a little mislead, the pool was closed for repairs, and the fitness room was under renovation..We did have contact from the manager and she is taking care of us on our upcoming trip, and was suppose to be giving us rewards poinTS..I think she told my wife 50,000..I think we have an IHG rewards club...number 527944723..Thank you again..

hotel was under remodeling and not really able to provide much during our visit, room was clean but needed updating...which will be done soon. Good price during remodeling and good restaurant adjacent (Divine)

Real nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Help print boarding passes after printer wouldn't work. Will definitely stay there again.

Front desk clerk was very friendly. I had a morning flight so I was able to check in early. The breakfast buffet was really nice. This was my third stay and Ive not been disappointed.

We stayed here over Christmas to visit family. The room was big and it was nice to have the mini fridge and microwave for left-overs and such. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center, like many hotels, is pretty limited with a treadmill and recumbent bike, but both were in good working order. The real standout at this place was the front desk staff. They were always so friendly and greeted us as we came and went. On the day we were checking out, I stepped into the business center to print our boarding passes. The computer was a little slow to boot (I had to power it on) and the gal at the front desk finally said she thought it was taking too long and told me she would print them for me at the front desk. Unknown to me while she and my husband were waiting for me, she even gave him a bag with cookies to take to the airport which sent him over the moon. Shortly after we checked out, we got a call saying that housekeeping had found the charger for one of our electronic devices and they made arrangements to get it back to us. There is a golf course across the street, and I think because it was not high golfing season, we got a great deal on the rate and so it was an excellent value for the price.

Nice rooms. Great cafe! Brought our boys and grandchildren over to swim in the beautiful pool. Service was excellent. Would stay there again! Hotel personnel friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, except for the dirty room carpets.

We visited Chandler to spend time with my 90 year old aunt who lives in Sun Lakes. This was closet Hotel to her location and the best hotel of our week long trip in the Southwest. Hotel had all the amenties we like & was nicely decorated everywhere. The room had wireless interent as advertised. Pool temp was fantastic and hot tub felt great. Pool hours great too - 7 am to 10 pm so we could use it in the evening. Inthe restaurant I enjoyed the best denver omelet I've ever had for $7 while my family had the buffet. Great place - recommend it to all.

the rooms were a good size and very clean. Unfortunately there was a large wedding that was there and the guests were staying at the hotel. They were up late and loud most of the night. That happens, but it was concerning because it sounded like the people at the end of hall were in our room, it was as if there was no door. people were knocking on the door next to our room and it woke us all up at 3 AM, just knocking!

I checked in late, and the Kitchen was going to close in 5 minutes, the front desk called the kitchen and asked them to wait and take my order before closing, that was very thoughtfull and the waiter/bartender was very helpfull and a nice guy!

Awesome hotel.

I take a trip to Chandler, Az. about 2 times a year. I've stayed at the Crown Plaza and the Holiday Inn Expres. This is the best location out of all of them. I wish we could have had the king bed like i had requested but they were full by the time i checked in(2am). They did offer to switch us the next night but I didn't feel like packing up again. The people were very helpful on finding a fast food place that early too. I highly reccomend this place to families. The restaurant on site offers kids eat free with paying adults. Very Great Hotel. P.S. love the fact you can choose from 4 different firmnesses? on the pillows

The service was great and the location was convenient for what we were doing
