My brother and I reserved 2 queen beds for a long weekend to watch baseball. We we're arriving very late on a Thursday night, so we called ahead to make sure they didn't give away our room or our two beds. We arrived at around midnight (traffic from LA is horrible) and started to check in. The woman at the front and a hard time pulling up our reservation and she kept on complaining about us using a third party site. This is going great. Finally get our key and we get to the room - there is only one king bed. Not happy. We head back down and they lady is so rude. She kept saying "this is what you get when you book third party." over and over again. We explain we called and they confirmed two beds. "There are two beds in there," she explains. "No, Im pretty sure its just a king." There is a pullout couch, so thats one and two beds." I was appalled. "Ma'am, I think you are being really generous in the way that you are using the 2 bed phrasing." She proceeded to berate me again and said there is nothing she could do. We ended up calling Orbitz and getting a refund and then finding another room way further away than we wanted. I understand things happen, but you can at least call holiday inn and maybe try and find us another room for the rest of the weekend. Telling customers because you booked third party that you are out of luck is horrible.

This hotel was clean and for the price was decent. Staff was nice. The only issue was a strange chemical smell in rooms probably used for cleaning. On the good side it was very quiet.

Upon check in, the GM Efrain was very friendly and efficient. We questioned the cleanliness of our first room and he immediately moved us to another room. The room was very spacious and clean! Great size, clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Zero refrigerators available. I'm not sure how this is an "and suites" facility when the size of the room and the lack of a refrigerator makes it just an average hotel room. Hotel staff was very friendly and the pool was gorgeous as pictured. But after 2 of our 4 day trip we moved out to the Hilton.

Hotel was in a great location, clean and comfortable beds. However, be completely sure when you check out that they don't charge you, again! I booked and paid through Orbitz and the Hotel took it upon themselves to charge my card again.

This is a comfortable hotel that is close to many things. It is a mile or so from the University of Phoenix stadium and a good number of restaurants. It is seven miles away from Peoria and the Padres and Mariners facilities. The room was nice and very comfortable. They have free wifi and a complimentary breakfast.

Convenient location for accessing baseball stadiums for Spring Training. Very nice pool and grounds. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Included breakfast less than desireable, food cold, coffee lukewarm. Spend the extra money for a quality breakfast elsewhere. Room was large, quiet. Bathroom could use an update. Shower curtain did quite the poor job of keeping water in the tub. You could do a whole lot worse than this hotel.

The fitness room definitely needs an upgrade and the air conditioner is certainly a noisy one! Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

Great place to stay for the weekend if you're going to a football and/or hockey game. Arrived late around 10pm. Front office staff was very nice and polite. When asked for any recommendations they both had very good ideas and opinions. It is well within walking distance to the Westgate district. Rooms was very nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Definitely staying here on my next visit. Highly recommend

The hotel met all of our needs. Very comfortable and quiet stay. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Will stay here again on our next vist.

Room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. However, breakfast was awful! Had no plates, most of the food was either frozen or hard from sitting out. I would recommend this hotel, but I would recommend you get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean and the staff extended a helpful hand whenever needed. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the other amenities like the pool, workout room, Wi-Fi made for a very pleasant trip to Glendale.

Very nice stay, clean, decent breakfast for quick stay. BEWARE SUMMER IN PHOENIX.

The hotel, staff, and experience was great. The only mark against the process was that by the time were checking in it was noted that the reservation had been cancelled although my account had been charged already. The staff was very polite and helpful eventually getting everything squared away although it did end up being a bit of a process.

The hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Cabela's. I was able to walk to Cabela's and Native New Yorker. Awesome.

Ok, overall no really bad. But, having no ice in the middle of the desert is unacceptable. Machine on 1st floor was broken earlier in the day which means we had to go to 3rd floor for only machine that worked which was overloaded and could not keep up with demand. They should of had repair people there early in the day, regardless that it was a Saturday and would likely cost more to fix is my guess as to why they did not address it. Next, Why is it that some cultures think everybody loved their music? There was obviously a good number of BBQ style Mexican food being cooked and served. No problem with that, but why does the hotel allow for music to be played way to loud as to bother all others at the pool. Good way to start the classic radios wars from my younger years, just don't have a "boom box" anymore. If I had, it would have been on, Led Zeppelin at full volume. Anyway, at least post a sign regarding loud music. Not a bad place to stay, just a shame a group of people think they can run the show with no regard for anybody else.

Great week ,great get away from the unending winter back east

Hotel is nice and clean. Location is good. Breakfast needs to be upgraded.
