I got a king size bed room. The room was literally right next to the stair well so there were doors slamming constantly going in and out of it. There were also dirty wine glasses sitting outside of the door when I arrived. The room was over looking an electrical yard that powered the block and a small street inbetween that constantly had cars blaring music driving on it. The window would not close all the way so I had to listen to it the whole day/night. The bathroom had hair around the floor and bathtub which I know was not mine. While trying to go to sleep, it sounded as if there were rats/mice in the wall which made it even harder to fall asleep. I was also overcharged. When I contacted the hotel about all of the issues listed, they only addressed the overcharged price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous the hotel was clean and look great. Their Fitness Center was small but it worked out.

I stayed here when the air conditioning went out in my home. Coming from a local: this place is great. I've stayed in a handful of hotels in Downtown Phoenix, and this one is right up there with the best of them. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

poor parking, poor access, get ready to haul your luggage, was locked out of room when they made mistake on length of stay, room service had cold food, thats why they have a microwave oven in the room.air conditioner rattle keeps up awake, reminded me of an old howard Johnsons on the way down.they apologized each time and offered a discount on my next stay which will not happen.

A gem in midtown Phoenix. Walking distance to restaurants, great staff, cabana rooms are the best.

New Years Eve, a historically cold night in Phoenix. Looking forward to a warm bed. The heat in the room didn't work well. After trying to figure out the controls, called the front desk, who sent the maintenance man out. He looked at it and said yes, the heat is on, but in these rooms the heaters dont work very well. It was freezing in that room! He fussed around and then said thats the best they could get it. Not good enough! So he brought a small, falling-apart space heater to our room to use. It wasn't great either, but in a few hours the room was heated up enough. But not a good experience for a hotel like this to not have heat and to have several hours of sleep time made impossible by the cold. The front desk's offer to compensate? Would you like a free soda from our pantry? Ugh!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a blast. It was clean, fun, and safe. I'll definitely be back soon.

The hotel was very nice. The staff is outstanding.Close to everything. I recommend.

Had a very minor room glitch and hotel management offered us 4 breakfast passes. Excellent offer and very good breakfast

Staff was very good !! Room needed some repair - Shower head was poor and floor elevator did not work.

I was placed in a section of the hotel that was peaceful and quiet--perfect for the weekend sabbatical I had planned! The staff at the front counter were superior in helping me from giving directions, facilitating the parking arrangements, suggesting alternatives for shipping my bags back home, to helping me to use the mail carrier to mail a bag back home to myself so I could travel as light as possible! The housecleaning crew helped me cheerfully when I needed assistance in getting a plastic bag opened (I have bad arthritis in my hands).

Hotel was centrally located. Very clean and staff was extremely helpful in terms of directions and places to go. Being from San Diego, we don't have access to fresh roasted green chiles and they even told us exactly where to find some! They sent us to Ranch Market on 16th and Roosevelt. We used the hotel shuttle for a free ride to meet some friends at Rosie McCaffrey's. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool. We loved the size of our room and had all the necessary amenities - microwave, fridge, internet, etc... Was NOT impressed with the breakfast buffet, they had a lot of options but the quality of the food was rather low/cheap.

This hotel was very close to PHX airport, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. The price and overall rating make it a good choice for stay.

Shuttle service was exceptional. Nearby many great facilities. Overall, just a great experience.

I have stayed at this hotel many times while serving on a board for the state of Arizona. The staff is friendly and supportive. The breakfast staff is dear to me and live long friends. Room in 430 is a bit worn but comfortable. Yes, I will stay there again. It is summer in Phoenix so the rate was not too bad. There were not a lot of customers on a Sunday night, but the count was building.

The location was good, close to several freeway and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was large and nice. Everything we needed and at a good price.

The Hilton Gardens was close to all the activities we wanted to see- the Botanical Gardens, the Heard Museum, and the family party which bought us to Phoenix. Our only disappointment was the lack of eating facilities in the hotel. This was a holiday weekend, and the one restaurant for breakfast closed at 10:00 AM each morning. When we checked in, we were informed the restaurant was open until 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Great!

The staff was very accomodating to all our needs. They were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. They knew the area around the hotel to make dinner suggestions, which were fantastic. It is a hotel I have stayed in during previous trips to PHX, and will always return due to the extremely satisfied service provided. Thank You.
