The concierge we met upon arrival was absolutely wonderful, his name is Seth. He offered us water as soon as we arrived and then he directed us to some local restaurants, he was nice as could be. We had a wonderful experience that included an unexpected live mariachi band at one of the places he recommended. We had been hanging out at the pool for a bit and he brought us cold water. (Not being from the area we hadn't realized how quickly you can dehydrate.) The breakfasts were nice, the hotel was clean and quiet, we had a wonderful time in Phoenix and we enjoyed the time we were at the hotel and the experiences we had at the places they recommended. (We went on an early morning hike as well that was recommended by them.) Even the cleaning staff were very friendly and nice!

Had a great experience clean rooms friendly staff well visited again love love love it

Awsome awsome we stay in these hotel where ever we go. We just love the bed and the free breakfast

Hotel is In safe, central location with easy access to rail and freeways. Our 4th stay here, and we have been more than pleased each time. Will continue to come to this hotel.

Was looking for a hotel near downtown and this place was great. Clean and newly remodeled.

This Hampton Inn is a great location if you have need to be in central Phoenix for either medical or business reasons.

We stayed here for 5 nights while my father had surgery nearby. The staff was welcoming and always friendly. They made iced tea in the afternoons. Small sack breakfasts were put out for those who had to leave early. The lobby/breakfast area was large and comfortable. Guests spent time visiting there and around the pool. Having a washer and dryer available was a great convenience.

fine hotel in all aspects except for room cleaning day to day. Did not change bedding in six nights despite being asked. Floors not cleaned daily, etc.

Clean room, comfortable beds and nice breakfast for free. Hotel is a little out dated and fitness room was small with no TV. Good value though for the price.

I was visiting Phoenix for a conference that was taking place at another hotel but whenever I travel I ALWAY look for a Hampton Inn. They've just proven to be fantastic time and time again. this was my first time in Phoenix and the staff was extremely helpful in recommending good places to visit and giving very clear directios on how to get there using Phoenix's public transportation system!

We arrived very late and had very friendly service. Continenatal breakfast was great. computer in the lobby was good for us as we left the laptop at home.

A very small fitness center, friendly front desk staff, good location, not too far from the airport, but in a better neighbourhood.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The room was quite large. There was a desk and stiing chair and ottoman. The bathroom was large and had a great deal of counter space. The free breakfast was great.
