From the moment you enter through the front door, you'll be welcomed into an open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all highlighted by wood flooring.

Living Room: This room is outfitted with ample comfortable furnishings, including a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Just a few steps away, the second seating area features inviting leather accent chairs, another Smart TV, and a convenient bar area. Please note that the fireplace is purely decorative and is not functional.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with all the essentials to prepare a delightful meal. The oversized island makes food preparation a breeze and includes seating for three—ideal for socializing and enjoying time together! Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast nook with seating for four.

Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for six guests.

Spend your evenings under the stars around the fire pit, or sharpen your short game on the backyard putting green.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival- pool heating fee is $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. There is a pool available for guest use, that is recommended at night time to hold in the temperature of the pool.
