Excellent room, quiet stay, very prompt house-keeping service. I would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

Good hotel related to value and location - I would stay here again given the price and location to work

staff were friendly on check in and through out my stay. I enjoyed the morning breakfast, the rooms were clean and big; loved that they have a mini fridge. Overall a great stay. I would book with them again.

A good, solid, clean hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center had free weights in addition to cardio machine. Breakfast buffet included hot items, and was available much earlier than the stated start time. Good value!

I enjoy my stay, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

not a good location, no restaurants, bars in walking distance. clean rooms, nice staff, good free breakfast, small swimming pool, hot tub not working. fair rate for high season.

The hotel staff was friendly and apologized for the wait when we arrived. He was on the phone with a customer. The hotel was clean but could use some renovations to modernize it such as replacing the green carpet and updating the bathrooms. My friend and I stayed here for the first time and found that it was very close to Surprise, which is where we went for baseball spring training. There is a Waffle House and a rental car company nearby. The hotel is off of the highway and on a pretty busy road but we spent most of our time a little further north where there was a nice shopping center with an AMC movie theater, several fast food restaurants and a Target. The hotel also offered a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was nice so we could keep our water and gatorade cold.

Convenient location, good breakfast. Reasonable value but would find another newer hotel next time. Met basic needs but no more. Found a large number of insects coming in around the heater/air conditioner unit of first floor room. Staff was responsive to request to relocate to 3rd floor to a recently remodeled room- much nicer.

My daughter had a softball tournament in Scottsdale and we also wanted to see the older girls play at Rose Mofford, this was a great location as it was a 15 minute drive from Scottsdale and 10 minutes to Rose. The lobby was inviting with plenty of room to sit and the rooms were nice. My daughter appreciated that they offered Pantene as the complimentary shampoo. The staff was prompt to requests and the breakfast offered was very nice. We plan on returning here for our next tournament :-)

Very nice hotel. Small room but clean and adequate.

nice if you just go there to sleep

PERFECT describes it best

Staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly or helpful. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel was in a great location for exploring Phoenix.
