Good staff and friendly. They answered my questions whenever I had one.

Always nice to have breakfast before starting the day. Breakfast service is good.

While I knew that Fairfield hotels are not 5-Star fancy, high end hotels, this one exceeded expectations. Everything was clean and functional. The breakfast was exceptional in terms of offerings - there were heathy choices beyond red delicious apples. It was an easy happy stay.

Check in and check out were a snap, Hotel a little tough to get to due to unusual street layout, plenty of food and shopping within minutes, easy access to the freeway, room was comfortable but tv wouldn't show picture just sound, bed was a little on the saggy side, overall a good stay for a night or two.

Beds were very comfortable . The breakfast was wonderful ( I was able to remain on my gluten free fiet)..temperature control was very good in the room. And they upgraded their tv service to include Netflix,Hulu Plus, crackel. You tube and Three HBO channels

Hotel looks to have been recently renovated: nice decor, clean & the rooms were very comfortable. Good continental breakfast added to the value.

We stayed 1 night. Beds were, comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was decent. Staff very helpful at breakfast. Was a little difficult to find since it was in the back behind other hotels.

2 out of 5 days no housekeeping service in spite of politely complaining. Have never seen anything quite like it at Marriot.

Comfortable stay bathroom needs a little more maintenance

We were only there for one night, but if we come back to the area, we will stay there again. (It was difficult to find, but worth the search.)

A bit away from Sky Harbor, but perfect distance from the Chandler Fashion Center. Very clean inside and out. Had all the amenities you would typically find in a hotel room of this price point. Nothing super exciting. Room was very comfortable and quiet even with my room being adjacent to the elevator. Staff was very friendly, but there was no one at the front desk immediately upon check out. Great value! Quiet and relaxing. And a ways away from all that Phoenix traffic!

Staff was all very nice. I would like to especially thank the gentleman that does the Breakfast monday thru Friday. He was exceptionally nice and helped us with questions and to have a great experience for breakfast everyday....Kudos to him. The room was clean. Nice stay

This was a great hotel for the price. Our room was big and the beds comfy. Some things were needing attention (towels in workout room, at pool, garbage overflowing), but as soon as I said something to staff, they had someone address immediately. Decent selection for breakfast as well.

Very nice staff, a/c in the room was very noisy, had to buy earplugs after the first night. Rooms were kind of small but clean.

Stayed there a night kids loves it except pool was closed continental breakfast was great

pool was clean and uncrowded. rooms and beds were comfortable. refrig came in handy. breakfast was great. tremendous selection

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting family. We did the pre-paid route and got a decent rate. This was just what we wanted--a clean place to retreat for the night. The beds were comfortable, the room was big enough for us, and there was good variety at the complimentary breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

i had a grueling day and when I walked into the room, it was perfect

Great Value for the quality of hotel. Great breakfast and clean room.

service was great and friendly, breakfast had lots of choices. they got us checked in early, which helped out alot, but i thought i reversed a 2 queen bed room, only got 2 full size.
