Upon my arrival, I was told that they didn't have a room for me even though I had made a reservation (the confirmation was sent to my email with a note "no need to call to reconfirm"). They finally found one last vacant room which I got. The room didn't have a sink, the toilet was filled with stale dirty water, the room seemed to be under construction. I was too tired and too desperate to crash somewhere to sleep as I had driven long hours to Phoenix, it was almost a midnight, so I just spent that night in my car

1st room needed to be cleaned...Doesn't anyone inspect rooms before renting? Had to beg for towels, ran out of toilet tissue,no microwave So many more promises from Orbitz not full filled...Needs changed immediately

Work in progress. Short on towels, toilet paper, microwaves,no maid service the 3 days we were there, door key was a struggle, smoke alarm was hanging so not sure if it worked,no coffee/tea in the lobby...No jacuzzi Most shortcomings were caused by previous owner we were told but attention to detail was lacking. Pulling into the motel needs marked better as ended up back on I 17.

It was so bad. The place fit for. Drug. User and. Trash. Room

Checked in and staff was nice. Walked into our room and we were over-powered by the smell of smoke and fresh paint. Hotel is remodeling. Went back to the lobby and got a full refund. Didn't stay for more than 15 minutes.

Bathroom needed a little help. Tiny hint of smoke smell.

It is horrible at this hotel! Not worth your money!!! Do not waste a penny to stay at this hotel it is not worth it! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! I was miserable here!!!

Tv, refrigerator, hair dryer, a lamp, all didn't work. Didn't even bother to tell them. Wasn't even in the room most of time except to sleep.

We were staying at this hotel as we waited for our new place to be ready. At first experience was fine. We were pleased with the value and everything else. But I feel as the days go on everything progressively gets worse and they are trying to nickel-and-dime us

First...i booked online with my credit card my visa then when i get there they tell me they need a $50 cash deposit evn with credit cards..a cash deposit for incindentals...ok fine i gave it...didnt like it but i did it. Get to room and theres cigarette burns every where. The door wouldnt shut i literaly hsd to lift up so the door would match up and lock...i let them know and never got fixed i was there 2 days. Website said it offwred breakfast in am and there was a note posted at front desk stating they no longer offered that. And website said they had microwaves and fridges in room...i had to let them know 3 times before i got one at around 11 at night. I went up front to use the microwave to heat up my dinner. Grr...there was no ice machine also. Their website was misleading and my stay there was very unsatisfying.

Not Good, Just not what I expected. 1.The Pool was empty 2. There was no Breakfast. 3. No toilet paper. 4. Overcharged

I would not recommend his hotel to anyone. I was desperate for one as I had a medical emergency to tend to and it was spring training week and not many available in my price range but this was awful. Was not very clean, very old and not kept up well. The water was always turning cold when trying to shower no matter what time of day. The sinks did not drain in the bathroom. They did not leave extra roll of toilet tissue. AWFUL!!!!

Ok .. Not enough towels. Room smelled like cigarettes. The alarm clock wasn't working.

Was okay. Some sketchy people though in parking lot late at night and in nearby areas . Room was very smelly with smoke .

we checked in later in the day do to a road trip and the front counter staff was super helpful and doing the best they could with the situation (spring break and spring training for baseball) it was really busy the phones ringing off the hook and people complaining. On the other hand the manager was running around panicking like he'd never seen a customer before. For the rooms it was filthy and smelly , there were cigarette burns everywhere , no ice bucket and the room was last updated when Nixon was in office .The best part was there was a sign in the room saying towels were available at the pool for use but the pool had a crack in it the size of the grand canyon with no water in it and full of garbage .Then for the morning the free breakfast was old bread and cereal with warm milk and the family of the owner arguing in the front lobby

Disappointed due to Swimming Pool facility not available

The bathroom seat was not fasten down. I had to tighten it myself. The shower curtain was broke, and the maintenance staff never did fix it. Matter of fact, when we opened the bathroom door after getting in the room, there wasn't even toilet paper in the holders. About the only thing worth the stay was the low noise level even though being next to the I-17 freeway.

It should not be called a hotel, I cannot call it what it should be because I cannot use profanity or hateful language. It was another mistake I have to live with and learn from life.

DISGUSTING ROOMS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOOSEY SECURITY GUARD, AND AWFUL HOUSEKEEPING. This hotel is clearly not considered an ideal property it's poorly managed barely maintained however, if you're homeless it's definitely better than the streets.

It was a nice stay and I did enjoy. There is a lot of Pan handlers in area
