The room was in poor condition in terms of the furnishings. The bed was just a mattress on a spring frame on top of a platform. Very uncomfortable. Towels shed an incredible amount of lint. No room maintenance. Thankfully I was only there for 3 days.
There was roches the toilet kept making noise all night. You can hear everything in the hallways walls are very thin

I like that it is not far to get onto several freeways to get around the valley. I do like that it is quiet. The bed was creaky. Besides that room was great. clean and spacious.
Location was very convenient. It was disappointing that breakfasts had been suspended without giving notice in the website or room confirmation. (Other lodgings have found safe ways to provide some form of breakfast despite Covid.) Room and bed were good, but blanket had cigarette burns and was small. Micro soap bars were a little hard to hold. Stale cigarette smoke odor in back hall. Some other guests were noisy. Front desk was very helpful. Parking lot was clean.
Extremely run down, bathroom door had vertical crack and didn't work. Shower gushed more water out of the shower than in it. Smoke smell permeated room. In desparate need of a remodel/refresh.
The place was okay. I stayed here once before a long time ago and it was nice but it seems now like its going down hill. Hallways smelled like weed and there were diffrent people in the hall ways and outside my room yelling at each other all night. Alot of tweakers. The room itself wasnt that bad, curtains were gross tho.
Monique at the front desk was the only good thing about this place. She kindly help me print a couple documents I needed for my day's work. Thank you!

The Phoenix light-rail has a stop one block away. You can go straight to the airport on that line. Area hotel is in is pretty barren. Circle K and two fast food joints two blocks away. Other than that it's all residential.
Not enough amenities and it was noisey. There were guest hanging out side there rooms making noise and nobody did anything about it.
The bedsheets had holes and with a bandaid looking coverup.
