Very friendly staff! Very clean room and comfortable bed.

The building was somewhat old, eerie, and smelly. I guess because there wasn't a lot of people there, it made the atmosphere more creepy. I thought the ratings on here would reflect the actual hotel, but it came out looking like a motel to me.

The Good: Clean Beds, Air conditioning, Hot tub and Pool, Secure area, you can't get in without a key... The Bad: My key only worked once, to open our door, the TV did not work, and I never saw a WIFI code, but hey.

We wanted a reasonably priced room not too far from the Phoenix Airport for one night. Check in was OK except that the person did not return my credit card and license and I didn't realize this until the next morning. The carpet and paint in the hallways were in terrible condition but our room was clean and had been renovated fairly recently. The free breakfast was rather disappointing, but one should never have high expectations for free breakfasts anyway.

I would not recommend this hotel. The hallways were filthy, the coke machine was out of order, towels were old, they did not change our sheets the whole time we stayed (2 weeks). We would have moved to a different hotel but we had bought it as a package through Orbitz. We will not make that mistake again.

The only downside of my stay was the Internet. Issues with performance at times, but overall experience was very good.

It was quiet and peaceful and no one bothered us. We were able to just relax and be with one another.

It was quiet and nice but noisy around 3/4am when cops were patrolling.

Located close to the finish line of the Phoenix marathon, price was very reasonable. Air conditioner was loud. Pool not heated.

The rooms are new, spacious, there is even a balcony for each room. The hotel is also right next to the light rail in Mesa. I would come back again. The staff was courteous.

For the money, this was an awesome stay. Very clean, comfortable room with great amenities. The only thing that was a tad bothersome--connecting rooms with noisy people at odd hours--we were in a King size bed room. We put in ear plugs and ignored. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and very pleasant. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Whole facility was well kept. We love your facility because of privacy, quietness & courtesy. All staff were very polite & helpful

the staff were awesome and helpful. the room was great except for dirty bathroom door and dirty pool.

Great, quality above expectations. I have a new place to stay in Phoenix area.

I loved this place...clean and comfy that's why I always aim for 3 stars or more hotels

My husband and I were caught up at the car dealership much later then anticipated. So we booked the room within minutes. We were both surprised by the quality, size, and cleanliness of the room. I would definitely stay here again in a pinch.

The rooms were clean and nice sized. The pool and fitness room were great. Actually, the best part about the stay was the big breakfast buffet! :) I would definitely stay here again!

Booked hotel for the Superbowl. Obviously limited availability. Could hear noise from floor above. Adjoining room door did not lock. We put a chair in front of it.

VERY GOOD--CRANE LOVED IT--JRL WALKES A LOT-STILLL HAS THE BEST---ONE LUV

The first thing I noticed was the odor. The whole building smelt like old food. Then opening the door to the room, all I could smell was cheap cleaning solution. The tv was one of those old box tvs and the view from the balcony was a trailer park! The front desk clerk was awful. I walked downstairs to ask for extra blankets and she insisted I had extra guests. She said initially I could not have extra blankets because her maid went home. I told her it was ridiculous so she then called someone who brought a blanket to the room. Clarion is usually decent but not this one! Luckily it was one night and we didn't check in until after 10 and left by 9. We chose to skip the continental breakfast because the initial aroma of the building was very unpleasant. Even if your destination requires a little more travel, you are much better off staying in Tempe, Scottsdale, or downtown Phoenix. Clarion in mesa is awful!
