I few broken beer bottles in the walkways. Someone urinated on the stairs. Found old sheets stuffed behind the mattress that were extremely gross. The toilet wouldn’t flush anything down because it’s broken. The sink backed up with water constantly. Just extremely disgusting. The stand the telephone was on was so wobbly it almost fell over a few times. I would never stay here again.

Rooms are too old, AC does not had numbers or descriptions on the bottons so you do not really know how to setup. Dirty bathroom also, pillows are hard as well as the mattress.

We stayed at Days Inn in Prescott just a week before, and it was pretty nice, so thought this one in Tempe would be good. Nope. Lobby looks nice, but room was shoddy, roach in bathroom, stain on sheet, just an overall sleezy feel to it. Pathways and parking area outside were filthy (I kept thinking"POWER WASH"), like they'd NEVER been cleaned. Breakfast area was nice and had a good selection, owner was nice. But god that place needs an update, a really, really good scrubbing and POWER WASH!

The property was very nasty. The staff was unprofessional.

Staff is extremely rude. Wrong card was charged when I spoke to front desk the night before to confirm the correct card to charge. Manager did resolve the issue but the stress and frustration was not needed.

I hadn't expected a suite, so that was a nice surprise. It was a clean room, comfortable, great bed, and I enjoyed a quiet, rest-filled night.

The outside grounds were dirty. Not swept up at all.

You get what you pay for. It’s not the Ritz but you can sleep there and they have a breakfast.

This was a convenient location off I-10 freeway and just minutes from the PHX airport. The suite was large, but the furnishings were sparce. The free breakfast was fine. Not super special, but had all the basics, including omelets, waffles, breads and fruit. However, the staff was very cold and unwelcoming. They were not very helpful or honest when problems arose. This is fine for an overnight stay for the price, but you get what you pay for.

I never been or seen such a bad hotel in my life. Just got in at 1am staff had no idea how to their job, made us wait an hour till the manager came. Than the rooms were so dirty, blood stains on mattress dirty bathroom and more. We stayed a total of 10 min and booked another hotel. Never using Orbitz or staying at a days inn again even tho we travel alot.

This hotel is going through a renovation that is really only a patch job. They are booking every room when the rooms are not ready. They are not putting their best foot forward at all. When our family of 5 arrived we had booked a 2 queen suite with a fold out couch and the 1st night they put us in a king/couch room. There was no tv service, no pictures on the wall, the new flooring had not been wiped clean, there was paint spatter on lights, mirrors, no soap, not even a trash can in the room. Basically there was furniture in a room. We had to ask for everything. They moved us to a 2 queen suite the next day. Both rooms had awful shower heads and the water was luke warm, basically cold showers for 3 days. If I hadn’t paid in full before we came and the hotels around were booked we would have left. The staff was ok but there wasn’t a lot they could do. The hotel should not have been open for business until it was ready to be used.

Free breakfast was horrible. Entire hotel was old and dirty. Horrible experience.

Pros + cheap + can walk to Starbucks, Fuddruckers, and a couple other restaurants + wifi worked alright + TV had good amount of channels Cons - significant water damage on bathroom sink - ceiling light had huge black spot from dead bugs inside, blocking 1/4 of the light - free breakfast was disappointing. Some cold cereal and yogurt - homeless people seemed to hang out nearby - many rooms were closed with sheets draped over windows which seemed rather sketchy

Hotel had broken drawer in bathroom. Old and gross. Would not stay there again. Prostitutie was checking in ahead of us. Nasty.

We had some problems with plumbing issues but we're repaired quickly. Maid service was excellent.

People working there specially “Ash”, they are great. They helped me a lot with whatever I needed. The place is great and clean also.

some drunk people thinking that i took their room from them. knocking on the door 12a . called front desk and they were confused too.

When ordering on Orbitz or other companies they should notify you when they have a $100 Deposit. Not happy with management
