Basic and dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Room we got was dirty. There was a pizza box, sock, insulated bag and paper left in the room. The pizza box had pizza still in it along with beer bottle caps and a cork. Clerk tried to tell us the maintenance man must have eaten lunch in the room. Not sure why he took off his sock. Then the bed sheets were dirty. Took the clerk 3 tries (1/2 hour) before she got us clean sheets and the correct size.

Staff takes kickbacks from thieves who steal nice cars from their parking lot. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I believe the photos provided regarding the interior of the hotel must be old or generic stock photos. They were misrepresentative. Pros: close to the highway and very economical. The mattress on the bed appeared fairly new. Cons: Hotel needs a COMPLETE makeover. The outside of the hotel needs refinished, the walls inside the hotel need painted, the furniture which is cracked and at least 20 years old needs replaced. I arrived late to find the hotel reservation desk manned by an unkept fellow who argued with me on how to say Nevada.

Reserved for 3 nights. After the first night, we asked for our refund and found another hotel. The air conditioning was loud and kept us up all night. The sheets had a cigerate burn and hotel is old.

Could not close Bathroom door. Door split and door knobs had no tongue. Went out and when we came back we could not get into our room! Had to wait in the hall until manager SHOWED up to unlock our room. Never found out why our room was locked with Management keys. Got there Friday afternoon and left Monday, during that time ABSOLUTELY No Maid service. The only time the Maid came to the door was Monday morning to see if we had left yet!!! No phone books, no pens or paper in the room.

All's good, no complaints, great rate for 2 rooms,

Issues at check in were handled poorly by front desk staff. Hotel was pretty run down - paint chipped on the walls and dingy.

Well, where do I even begin. Let me start by saying this is definitely not somewhere a woman should stay alone. I flew down here to bury my grandfather, and I thought the location was great and kinda ignored the reviews...what a mistake! My flight was delayed, so my shuttle arrived around 1am at the motel. First of all, you cannot get into the lobby after a certain time, so they have a doorbell. However, this doorbell does not work. I was standing outside banging on the window for at least 5 minutes until a sleepy young man stumbled out of a dark room and acted like I was a nuisance. Thank goodness the shuttle stuck around and made sure I got in safe! The neighborhood around there is not safe at night (I heard from several locals). Lots of drug use in the streets around there. Once inside the motel, it smelled so strongly of curry that all of my stuff still smells like curry, lol. It was not real clean, but the sheets seemed clean enough. The girls working during the day were kind, so that was the ONLY plus. Shouldn't even be a plus, should just be a given. Many other things occurred, but to keep this short, I ended up missing my shuttle to the airport this morning due to the doorbell not working out front. They had pounded on that window forever, apparently. I understand that I get what I pay for, but service like this is unacceptable. I will be calling the corporate office.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty ! Room smelled, ac warm, controls broken, holes in the wall, sheets stained, chair big stain, window screen knocked out, carpets torn, stained. Front desk friendly as a box of rocks. Do not stay here, plenty other affordable places near by, that take pride in there hotel business

The wifi does not reach the end of the building, the rooms are old and smelly, the hallways smelled like weed. Definitely not a place I will return to.

Family run with efficiency and friendliness. Excellent experience and highly recommend to any traveler.

The room floors were stained and disgusting. How anyone expect to walk around bare foot in this room. the waffle batter at breakfast was poorly mixed. overall very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room or the service of its employees.

It was ok for the money but it wasn't very clean the carpets it stays in there was no shampoo I had to go down to the desk it was okay for what it was was truly that works with they were charging

Decent hotel for the money. Good location rite off I17

We actually extended our stay for two nights - it was very convenient driving from Grand Canyon to Phoenix for great sport events of the weekend. We met friends, who stayed in another hotel, but coming for dinner to Cracker Barrel, which is in a walking distance from our hotel.

Our room was passable but it had serious needs of repair. Our dresser was broken (the drawer wouldn't close and prevented the other drawer from working) the iron was unusable and there were stains on the carpet. It was obvious however that the room had been recently painted and all the plumbing worked fin. We had adequate towels and wash cloths. The beds were comfortable and we got additional pillows when we requested them.

Nice stay, quiet and large room with fridge, microwave, and all you will need.

Very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. The price is terrific. I felt safe and cared for. I will book them again soon.

It was nice but they charge your credit card 20.00
