All's good, no complaints, great rate for 2 rooms,

Issues at check in were handled poorly by front desk staff. Hotel was pretty run down - paint chipped on the walls and dingy.

Well, where do I even begin. Let me start by saying this is definitely not somewhere a woman should stay alone. I flew down here to bury my grandfather, and I thought the location was great and kinda ignored the reviews...what a mistake! My flight was delayed, so my shuttle arrived around 1am at the motel. First of all, you cannot get into the lobby after a certain time, so they have a doorbell. However, this doorbell does not work. I was standing outside banging on the window for at least 5 minutes until a sleepy young man stumbled out of a dark room and acted like I was a nuisance. Thank goodness the shuttle stuck around and made sure I got in safe! The neighborhood around there is not safe at night (I heard from several locals). Lots of drug use in the streets around there. Once inside the motel, it smelled so strongly of curry that all of my stuff still smells like curry, lol. It was not real clean, but the sheets seemed clean enough. The girls working during the day were kind, so that was the ONLY plus. Shouldn't even be a plus, should just be a given. Many other things occurred, but to keep this short, I ended up missing my shuttle to the airport this morning due to the doorbell not working out front. They had pounded on that window forever, apparently. I understand that I get what I pay for, but service like this is unacceptable. I will be calling the corporate office.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty ! Room smelled, ac warm, controls broken, holes in the wall, sheets stained, chair big stain, window screen knocked out, carpets torn, stained. Front desk friendly as a box of rocks. Do not stay here, plenty other affordable places near by, that take pride in there hotel business

The wifi does not reach the end of the building, the rooms are old and smelly, the hallways smelled like weed. Definitely not a place I will return to.

Family run with efficiency and friendliness. Excellent experience and highly recommend to any traveler.

The room floors were stained and disgusting. How anyone expect to walk around bare foot in this room. the waffle batter at breakfast was poorly mixed. overall very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room or the service of its employees.

It was ok for the money but it wasn't very clean the carpets it stays in there was no shampoo I had to go down to the desk it was okay for what it was was truly that works with they were charging

Decent hotel for the money. Good location rite off I17

We actually extended our stay for two nights - it was very convenient driving from Grand Canyon to Phoenix for great sport events of the weekend. We met friends, who stayed in another hotel, but coming for dinner to Cracker Barrel, which is in a walking distance from our hotel.

Our room was passable but it had serious needs of repair. Our dresser was broken (the drawer wouldn't close and prevented the other drawer from working) the iron was unusable and there were stains on the carpet. It was obvious however that the room had been recently painted and all the plumbing worked fin. We had adequate towels and wash cloths. The beds were comfortable and we got additional pillows when we requested them.

Nice stay, quiet and large room with fridge, microwave, and all you will need.

Very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. The price is terrific. I felt safe and cared for. I will book them again soon.

It was nice but they charge your credit card 20.00

They were renovating which is fine but the front desk is not accessible and the clerk was rushed and hardly said two words to me....no other patrons were around but he clearly did not want to take the time to explain anything or give me a chance to even ask for a second room key. Checking out the breakfast was hardly accessible and very limited. The construction workers had eaten more than any patrons from the looks of it and demolished what was there. No clerk to return our one key to or check out. Wasn't offered a receipt or any paperwork during check in. The room was fine, clean and ok.

Here's a list of what didn't work for me: - Broken chair in the room. The back on one chair was completely destroyed. - What appeared to be bullet holes in the draperies. - Cardboard thin walls that allowed you to hear EVERYTHING. Drunk bikers next door didn't help. - Visible box springs with torn plastic covering. - Very thin mattress and pillows. - Light in the bathroom barely came on, after flickering for a few minutes. - No room light switch, just individual lights. - Towels with stains on them. - No security on the building. It appeared to have required a room key at one point, but no longer. Anyone could walk right into the building. - Door didn't shut without forcing it...just letting it swing DID NOT shut the door to the room. The location is good for the North Phoenix area, and I haven't had such a bad experience at a Days Inn before. Avoid this place...just avoid it.

Well handled and good stay. Will come back when we need motel in the area.

Was looking for a place close to I10 on a trip from Tucson to western CO. This place fit the bill. Close to the Interstate, vacancy, decently priced and clean & quiet. If you do stay, be sure to try the restaurant across the street - Times Square. Made the stay that much more pleasant. I would stay again, and would have no problem bringing my wife there in a pinch, although she prefers something with a bit more creature comforts. The breakfast could use some "adjustments". Mainly the coffee and waffle batter- coffee was too weak, and the waffle batter was too watery. For a affordable, convenient and clean place to stay, I'd give it a 9/10.

We had a nice stay at Day's Inn n. Phoenix. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. This is an excellent value at the most convienent location. Thanks, Day's Inn

My room had a door latching problem and my room was never sercure when I left and they would not transfer me to a new room. Also only one light worked in the room upon my arrival and one light in particular was pretty much falling off of the wall. The hotel had a friendly staff, the room however was just not up to par.
