When ordering on Orbitz or other companies they should notify you when they have a $100 Deposit. Not happy with management

Hotel was ok nothing special nothing bad. Pool area was great for kids. Bathrooms were small and outdated in style.

The hotel is dirty, room smelly, but what stood out was the unfriendliness and arrogance of the hotel manager, a guy called Daniel who wanted to charge me 25 dollars to check me in 2-3 hours before the normal check-in time, even though rooms were available; when I expressed my consternation, he told me I was free to leave, as my booking was non-refundable.

Just a regular budget place, no amenities to talk about. Old furnitures. Carpet sticky feel. Min breakfast to get by. Close to restaurants and other facilities.

The hotel room they put me in was dirty with poor water flow. The shower was completely unusable and when I complained the office didn't do anything about it. Also there were bugs found in our room after only being there a few hours. Disgusting. Please please don't stay at this hotel. Save yourself and piece of mind

Checked out three rooms. Dirty and disgusting. The room I ended up with had bugs crawling on the wall. Hotel Management was not willing to process a refund for 5 nights I had paid for as I ended up leaving due to condition of rooms and staying at another hotel. Very disappointing.

Rude staff. Huge issue with laundry. Creepy tenants

The place has roaches. . Never stayed having trouble getting my money back from them.

Decent hotel fairly close to the freeway. Has a few resraunts close, plus walmart. They have breakfast in mornings.

Hotel clerk straightened out a double booking, was competent, courteous and efficcient

Could not get WiFi at my room. Solid connection by the office. Was told multiple times they would reset the local wireless modem but never did.

People were nice, Decent room, couple towels and sheets were stained. Didn't get around to cleaning room until 5 or 6 pm. Pool was closed, and continental breakfast was not re-stocked very often, and closed early. If you're pinching pennies this place will work, otherwise keep going.

The room smelled of many cleaning products though it was not clean. Mold in shower. Unsealed fire sprinkler in bathroom allowing air coming in from attic space. Electric wall covers not secure, pulled away from wall when I unplugged my charger. May be dangerous if traveling with children. Overall, not clean

I had requested two rooms for three (3) adults and two (2) children. Upon arrival I was assigned two rooms with ONE queen bed each! I explained that this was not satisfactory and was told that for an additional charge, the hotel would provide a roll - away bed, which was my ONLY option. We were really looking forward to a pleasant and relaxing weekend by the pool, oooh....but wait! POOL WAS CLOSED! Yes, the pool was closed at check in on Friday 3pm and was to be closed for the weekend due to a county or city inspection that was to take place that Sunday. Wow, city and or county inspection on a Sunday! I find this difficult to believe.

Beds were very hard and lumpy. Also found a pill in our room

Noisy across from ice machine. Microwave didn't work. Drawer missing in bathroom. Basic accommodation.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Right next to a Starbucks!!!

Our experience was definitely a eventful one the last 24 hours. We had booked to stay until Friday and we had a possible change of plans so I went to the front desk to explain our possible change and said we wont know until the morning before check out at 11 and she told me that if we for some reason didn't call the front desk to confirm we were staying another night that if our luggage was still in the room they would assume we were staying another night and charge me the Friday night going rate at that time of the year. My Son and I had a very early T time to play Golf in hopes of being finished early enough to check out by 11 at the hotel which would have been no problem seeing as we teed off at 6:15 and at that time a round takes no longer then 3 and a half hours. The only problem was a extremely rude Male manager from the Day`s Inn called me and told me that I was suppose to call him and let him know whether we planned to stay or not and I explained to him what I was told the night before, yet he kept yelling at me saying how I was disrespectful for not calling and that my apology wasn't real and that I needed to come there right then so that he could :swipe' my credit card and I had to be there for that as he said he could not use my same credit that was on file with them to do this and I stated to home I would not be able to get there for a few hours as he called me a 8:30 and he stated no you must get here now or we will confiscate your belongings and I assured him

Felt safe. Bed firm. No issues. A bit more writing.

Our room was terrible it was falling apart and dirty. The walls needed paint because there was stains all over the walls. The bathroom shower certain was falling off the wall as was the bathroom light fixture. The bathroom wall had mold growing on it and was really dirty. The carpet had a red stain on it by the bathroom door. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I will say the outside looked great and the pool look really nice also, but the room we rented was terrible.
