The room has smell of smoke, tried hard to get rid of it, had to turn the fan high, which made a loud noise. Plus, hair dryer did not work at all. 2Queenbd was switched to 1Kingbd while pre fullpaid.

Beds were filthy as was carpeting -TV would not work using remote then only played in Spanish - breakfast option included was dry cereal or oatmeal - no tea selections, and only fruit was apple, oh toast was another option but that was it.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is in need of extreme updating there was cigaratte burn stains on the tub the covers on the bed was very dated. The beds look like there was bed bug infestation at one time. The room was suppose to be non-smoking and it was not,

This was the worst experience. The hotel was obviously some sort of low rent shady housing, my room stunk so bad I couldnt sleep, outlets were torn out, the carpet was soaked, when I told the "gentleman" in the front about the issues he told me "oh I was hoping you wouldnt notice" and "just walk on the carpet thats not wet", there were no rooms available to move me to according to him, the stench was so bad at about 0330 I woke up and decided to just shower and leave, but the shower didnt work at all the desks reply was "oh" they thought they might be able to get me a different room for the next night but there was literally no way in hell I was going to stay there a second night. I left ate the cost to be free from that whole experience. It was enough for me to not use orbiz even to find the next hotel. This is also in a shady part of Mesa so be aware. I wish I could rate this "hotel" lower.

Linens were not clean a lot of people going in and out of room high. Quite terrified to go to sleep in this place.. police were there when we checked in.

Staff at desk nice, room ok better than some in the area

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. It even has a kitchen sink!

We extended our stay because of location and money - the room was as expected for a 2 star - definitely for adults only I would not want my child to crawl or walk on the carpet.

The hotel is in fair to good condition. The rooms are big but have standard def tv and there not flat screen. The beds are comfy and the staff is excellent. My biggest problem is the free wifi. It was a continuous battle to stay connected and the constant problems remained through are hole stay. It did take away from are exeperence.

Everything thing was great here ..check in was a breeze. Nice room, pretty quiet. Staff was awesome also. Great value too! Would reccomend to anyone!!

Fairly convenient location. The room is older and worn. However, this room will suffice if: you don't need an immaculate room; you don't mind stains on walls, flickering lights, and creaky furniture; you're just needing a place to sleep and not necessarily spend relaxation time in the room. I was gone throughout the days and only used the room for sleep.

It was so dirty. Some staff friendly, others were down right rude!!!

This was just a stop over for us. It did not live up to other Comfort Inns we have stayed at over the years. The bathroom was old, the shower head was low and you needed to bend down to take a shower. Glad I was only there 1 night.

Housekeeping was poor, carpeting was old and in need of shampooing, the bedspread was filthy, Just 2 each of bath towels, hand towels & wash clothes provided. TV did not respond to remote inputs, shower valve was faulty and cycled between too hot and too cold at will, shower noise from adjoining rooms was extremely loud, phone cord was not plugged in to the wall jack or phone. The room on one side had experienced a recent fire and little clean up had been completed. Our room smelled of smoke. Refrigerator temp control was non- functioning. The continental breakfast lacked any fruit selections. Washer and dryer were located on the outside of the building and the front desk staff never secured change to operate them. We ask to change rooms but desk staff said they could not do so without owner permission and never secured it. This was an unpleasant 7 day stay. Never again.

The hotel was just bought buy a group of 6 individuals. Their first day under new management and their was no phone cord, rendering the telephone useless, if their was an emergency I guess we just suffer through it, their was no remote control for the old box television set and no shower curtain. They need some help if they are going to survive the recession.

The room was great. We had a late check in so our stay was short but happy with the room

I really enjoyed my stay, room was nice and clean. the bed was so comfortable. I would stay here again.

front desk very friendly rooms was good I would recommend to friends and family

Overall it was just ok. The rooms were clean and decent. But the shower dripped non stop and at times kept me awake at night. The breakfast is not much to choose from. Waffles every day got kinda boring. The pool is not heated or open like we had hoped, so it was closed in November, even though the high was 80 degrees outside. This hotel is in a "not so great" neighborhood, but it's not extremely bad. We just saw a couple of interesting things happen while we were there involving the police. But we didn't feel unsafe. The service of the employees was very good though. The front desk crew and the maids were all very nice and friendly.

Basically, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a room with a fridge, microwave, and TV its's all there. But it is far from luxurious; in fact, it is pretty old fashioned.
