Days Inn Airport - Phoenix

1.5 out of 5.0

Very old location. Unlike other Days Inns hotels. I heard that this hotel is not owed by DaysInn.

Dirty floors aND tub. Lock on door coming off room 204. Neighborhood so bad that we took our bags to car when we went out to eat. Homeless camped out nearby.

The bathroom sink was too high. I shave or brush my teeth and spills fall unto the counter-top not the sink. I need to be 12 inches taller to prevent this from happening. My nose was dry and stuffy when I woke up, the room needs more circulation.

nice motel big rooms overall not to bad for the price

We enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay there again in the future

Clerk at registration desk was rude. Room needs new carpet. If you have an early morning flight, no breakfast, nor is there a to go breakfast.

I stay here ever 6 months as I travel to the west coast and visit friends nearby. This motel provides an overnight stay with shutle service to the Phoneix International Airport the next morning.

I was concerned about the location and very surprised how it turned out: quiet, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast had been put away by 9:00 AM which is when I got down there. There was a coffeemaker in the room though.

for much, the worse experience ever. the front desk was rude and impatient all the time. The guy that works during the first shift was unable to respond simple questions. The lady in the afternoon was incredibly rude. DONT GO THERE! DOZENS OF HOTELS IN THE AREA!

Room was horrible dirty, bathroom door hinges was almost off the wall. Dirty, dirty dirty!! Beer bottle hook attached to bathroom wall?? Tub dirty on bottom and in corner I took picures of this horrible room. I travel alot. Have never been in such a filthy room!! Towels were dirty or stained! So glad my children were not with me on this trip!

Holes in the bed spread. Bed barely made. Had to fight with the door to get it opened. Highest price in that category of hotel. We expected more.

The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle and much cheaper than many others in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the property itself seemed safe and secure. The rooms were just fine our was quite spacious and not dirty. The staff was nice.

Hotel was fine-reasonable, friendly shuttle driver, area just a little scarey

Everything was good here except the location. It was a bit scary at night here on Van Buren.

We stayed one night between flights, was taken real good care of.

Great Value, besides airport back and forth ride they even used their shuttle to take us down and back to the big apple for dinner. They had a little, but good breakfast, and great coffee, great place to stay, we were just there one night on a flight transfer.

Pros: Airport shuttle, free breakfast, & good bed cons: The summing pool pic is misleading & not a good neighborhood. It reasonable to stay there for the money paid.

just needed a place to put our heads for the night , cheap, close to the airport , good shuttle .... you get what you pay for ... this was not a place to stay for a week long vacation but served our needs perfectly. desk staff helpful , friendly shuttle driver , continental breakfast helped us start our day on the right foot.

a disgrace to Days Inn. Reporting to corporate.. bathroom flooded, could not use toilet/shower., we had two children with us.Management refused to give us another room. Advetiised 24/7 shuttle service to airport. it was not available. not clean, towels were like rags. we are asking for a full refund.

Stayed just for a night before a early flight the next morning. Our door handle was weird but still worked. Not the best location but close to just about everything in Phoenix. It was fairly comfy and clean, but definitely showed some age to the premises. Good for just a shower and to get some sleep, but not a "resort" in any way. Overall my wife and I felt it was a good value, would stay again. Aloha....
