A good bargain and close (7.5 miles) from events held @ University of Phoenix Stadium. V/R GSLIV

Comfortable, clean room. Small 'motel' feel. Breakfast was the same every day. Nice pool area. Easy freeway access.

We extended our stay in the area for one more night and this was closer to camel back ranch than other hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean, its an older hotel with a loud air conditioner.. and poor window but man was it noisy... the train came by like at 3 am people walked by all hours.. its right off a busy highway...and house keeping starts knocking around 8am... i get it its there job but clean the ones that have checked out no one wants to be awaken by a lady yelling at the top of her lungs "house keeping ". The breakfast was ok as in if your hungry there something but not over the top impressive... the yogurts, waffles, and cereal were good, the eggs not so much...

Room is comfortable and clean ' older hotel in older part of town . Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. The hotel is near train tracks . I will stay here again .

Very close to university of Phoenix Stadium nice swimming pool

Mystery stains on carpet. Frayed/looped carpet - trip hazard! Super old fixtures in bathroom. Curtains would not stay closed. Appearance of room was clean, but WORN. Mattress was very saggy. The clerk on duty put me in the rear of the hotel and it seemed so sketchy. I was a bit afraid for my safety.

This is our second stay here. Since last year it appears that a lot of remodeling has occurred. The hotel now offers complimentary breakfast, which they didn't have last year. Overall, very pleased again. We will stay here on our next visit.

I'm easygoing but this place needs work. Stains on fixtures. Needs fresh paint breakfast was lacking. The exit in the breakfast room was locked against fire code. I'll go somewhere else next time

The welcome staff were dry The cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating A few shady characters in the pkg lot If I could help it, I wouldn't stay there again

desk staff were wonderful, welcoming and pleasant. room was clean and comfortable and somewhat spacious. wonderful value for the money!

Good hospitality and I recommended the hotel to my friends in their visit to Phoenix

Rooms old and dirty did feel safe there left after two night for another hotel

Very accommodating. Needed room on first floor they made it happen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great price, clean rooms, complimentary Continental breakfast, friendly staff, close to University of Phoenix Stadium. Only downside is that it is in a sort of light industrial area, no bars or restaurants within short walking distance.

Overall it was a good stay, nothing too horrible, though the bathroom seat was dirty for 2 of the 4 days we were there. There was a large urine spot when we checked in, and I assumed it would be taken care of, but it took 2 days. The pillows were way too soft and gave no support, and the underlinens were not bleached, they had stains. They were clean, and had been cleaned, but not bleached, as there were still obvious stains. If you pulled back the top white sheet, the comforter type piece had some yellowing discoloration. Those aside, the rest was clean, the stains weren't a huge issue as the bedding was clean, just something I noticed. Staff were friendly and helpful, so still say overall a good stay, thank you.

Looking for an inexpensive, but comfortable stay after attending an awesome concert. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room is odly put together but all the essentials were thkere. I wouldn't bother paying for the $8.00 breakfast. most of it was the kusual on the free breakfasts at other motels. We didn't buy it.

The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating. The pool was clean and there was a restaurant/lounge on the premises. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Peoria, Arizona area.

days hotel peoria: you get what you pay for. by this i mean you get what you pay for.

Stayed for one night. I had to wake up early in the morning, but I got the worst night sleep ever. Only if I had known that the walls are super thin, I would have stayed elsewhere. I guess it was just my luck that both sides of the neighboring room were occupied with loud folks. I literally heard all of their conversations. Also, the bathroom vents stank of vomit and the neighbor's voices trickled through the vents loudly and clearly. This place is affordable, but you really get what you pay for.

Within a short distance of stadium. Perfect for after game and convenient.
