The hotel staff are pleasant and polite and available. The breakfast is good; oat meal is my favorite choice, but bacon and egg lovers will like this free breakfast. The pool is small, and the exercise room is very very small. Weights would be nice. Ample parking, within walking distance of a Starbucks and there is a gas station across the street and a Walmart behind the Hotel. The Hotel is a block away from Interstate 60 off the Country Club Avenue exit.

Nice place to stay with family Rooms were clean Staff was nice Safe place to stay with family Breakfast was standard but good! We would stay again.

We have stayed here several times in the past and have been very satisfied. This time not so much, and not necessarily the hotels fault totally. The breakfast area is not that big and when you throw in a bunch of rude people who don't want to wait their turn it makes it uncomfortable. Also I hate to bring up the Toilet paper. I think at the price they charge they could get something besides the John Wayne brand, (won't take crap off of anyone),we spoke with others in the hotel who said the same thing. In fact some folks went to a store and bought their own. Other than that we love the location but in the future I will spend that amount on a hotel with better amenities but maybe don't have the breakfast.

It was a good hotel for the money we spent. The staff was courteous and professional and it was a quiet hotel. But, the bathroom was very small with a tub that sloped inward on each side so you couldn't stand on a flat surface while you were in there. As a result, there was a rust stain going down the middle. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner as well. It was an older, worn hotel.

I think it's probably the quietest room we've ever had. I didn't have to use my ear plugs. Nice and dark with the curtains closed and the a/c was quiet and stayed constant all night. The staff was friendly. There was a hot breakfast that we missed but it smelled good. I'd definitely go back.

The room had a very strong smell when we walked in...not sure how to describe it...kind of like cleaning agent smell but more perfumey? It was REALLY strong. The bathroom was very small, and you couldn't open the door all the way because they had installed one of those bowed shower curtain rods which the door hits (this is room 313). The shower was a joke. Turned it on and part of the water was coming out of the faucet part - even when it had been switched to the shower head. The water was hardly coming out to begin with, but then went to a drizzle/trickle....not enough to even stand under. Then it went freezing cold. It did this off and on. We got a notice saying there was a broken water pipe on the floor below us, so we chalked it up to that. However, the next day (after the water pipe had been fixed -we checked) the water stopped coming out of the shower head entirely. Not even a trickle. NOTHING. Ridiculous. Then it would come back on, freezing cold, for a moment at a trickle, then off and on -for 20 minutes! Then finally it came back on long enough to actually wash the soap off and get the conditioner out. It was the WORST experience. There's a lot I can put up with, but you have to be able to take a decent shower. The showers we had were not even DECENT ones. So, now I think the water pipe had nothing to do with the shower issues. The person we told when we checked out apologized but said they couldn't do anything but call maintenance.

The people in the next room talked loudly until 4am. Unable to sleep most of the night. Complained to the hotel the next morning. Should demand a refund.

Pleasant, restful, quiet. All of the amenities I would expect from a hotel.

Quite comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Only spent one night so it was perfect for me.

Comfortable no pressure, accommodating of any concerns, breakfast hot

Excellent hotel, Location, staff. Everything was great. We return every year to visit family and this is where we stay. Wonderful pool and hot tub

We stayed while my car was being serviced at a local dealer. The room was tidy but a bit older. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only real drawback was no grassy area so you will have to clean up after Fido in rocks. That is one one thing I would really recommend change, is for them to take some rock out and put in a grassy area for the pets.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke and the air funny didn't work. The second room had bugs. We checked out early. The front desk staff were great.

This was a great hotel, the breakfast was great and the room was very ckeam and cozy.. the only problem was the hotel front desk girl in the morning was very rude and didnt try to be very helpful at all. Other then her it was a great stay.

Its great hotel brrakfast was good but the front desk morning girl was very rude

The room smelled and was poorly lighted. The beds were worn out. The staff were nice and the coffee was good.

Excellent staff! Benjamin was so kind to help us with our needs and the kitchen staff were very friendly. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Everything was really nice the only bad thing try not to book a room by the stairs because it gets really noisy

The hotel had a nice, appealing lobby. Easy to get to and close to a lot of shopping and casual restaurants. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't use the pool or fitness center but it looked nice. Nice (free) breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. My biggest complaint was with the room air conditioner. It was loud, the compressor kept shutting on and off (as you would expect but not as loud) and had a frequent squeal. It woke me up several times in the night. I told this to the front desk and they didn't apologize or mention they would resolve the problem.

My husband delivered around the corner at CAT and then had some dental work done. So the hotel was convenient and close to everything.
